We love this hotel and would absolutely come and stay here again. The staff has been wonderful, the facility is nice, the decor and ambiance are pleasant. My son lives close by some are in the area frequently. It's next to the park and they had a nice Christmas display with lights etc. The location in the Altamonte uptown has plenty of shops and places to eat. My only complaint is that breakfast is a madhouse. The lines are long for food and when it was our turn we had to wait for plates. we couldn't find anywhere to sit and had to wait for someone to leave and sat with dirty plates on our table the whole time. People were stealing food, drinks etc and I watched people take whole trays of donuts muffins juice etc which leads to a lot of the shortages. With a few extra staff I think it would cut down on theft and make the meal more pleasant. Even though it was free breakfast we paid to go elsewhere the remaining days. I am pleased to say the hotel was very quiet the rest of the time.

Stayed at this hotel on a business trip. The rooms were clean and even with a few ball teams staying there for a tournament the place was overall quiet. Happy hour was a highlight for most guests. Room service was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. The area was safe and beautiful. The lake and park were nice. Lots of things to do and places to eat within walking distance. Would love to go back again. Indoor pool and breakfast were also great.

The hotel itself was decent, the beds were nice and fluffy and the staff was very friendly. The indoor pool was a nice touch, and was kept clean. However I was feeling like I could go for a milkshake and I call downstairs for one. I had to explain how to make one to them. I also went down to the front desk to ask if they did personal laundry services. The lady gladly wrote down my request on her lil paper however when I came back to my room a few hours later, it was not done. I called down to the front desk to ask why it wasn't done and the lady told us they didn't offer personal laundry services. It's fine if they didn't offer the service but they wasted my time that I could have used putting laundry into the machine myself. Not to mention there are only two washers and dryers for the whole hotel. They should put just a few more in considering that there are seven floors full of people.

What a wonderful location and the entire experience was perfect. The
staff is professional and personable. Our room (#729) faced Crane's Roost Park and we were able to enjoy and visit the Christmas display. Complimentary breakfast was cooked-to-order and there was a guest social hour. All a very nice plus to our 2 day stay. Our accommodations were above what I had expected and we will definitely be back should the occasion arise.response / report this review -

Nice Embassy Suites. Rooms are well laid out and comfortable though baths could be larger. Beds are very nice. Nice lake views. Enjoyable evening receptions. Omaha Steak House on site is good and has full bar. Morning free breakfasts are very good and efficiently organized. made to order omelets are great. Lots of meeting rooms so often busy with groups.

It's was okay, not as nice as others we've stayed. The customer service could be improved. We stayed over Labor Day weekend , flew into town for a wedding.
There website clearly states breakfast goes till 1030 on weekends and holidays. We went down at 10 and it was closed and locked. When we asked front desk if today was a holiday, the states, "yes, it's labor day." I showed them their website that gives hours and perks, they said, oh today isn't considered a holiday. They were actually rude and wanted to argue instead of acknowledging the issue and referring us to a local establishment.
Then when we called for late check out, as a perk for being a Hilton honors member, the lady said they couldn't do it. Then we asked to speak to the manager, and she said, "oh actually we can let you stay an extra hour."response / report this review -

The front desk people have great personalities! The lady working at 3am when we checked in was very helpful! This is our second time here and we are looking forward to staying our next trip too!

Excellent place to stay! Definitely would stay here again. The free breakfast buffet & the very comfortable room made this a great choice. LOVED the fact that I could bring my dogs with me & the price was reasonable. Very impressive.

Breakfast is excellent especially since it's free. Overall appearance is nice but it is dated and in need of repair so don't look close. The large great room causes echoing throughout the hotel and can be heard easily in your rooms. Large sliding doors in bedrooms leak and allow outside traffic noise in. Service was friendly but not overly helpful. No bag men to assist bringing in luggage. No smoking except designated area in parking lot. Omaha restaurant is overpriced and mediocre at best, skip it and try another. Walls between rooms are standard and allow all noise to pass through easily. All rooms appear to be suites with bedroom, bar area, bathroom and living room however the space is small if you have a large family.

The check in was quick and easy. The location is close to the mall and many different choices for restaurants. Check in early to get a good parking place. They except pets. The pool is small but it is inside so if it rains you don't have to worry about lightning. You can find some good deals on your Internet to stay here for a cheaper price. The staff is friendly and the free breakfast that you get is worth it there are a lot of items to happen with it.

Loved the big sized rooms! A comfortable bed, many amenities, including an indoor pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. The rooms are quiet (although we did stay in the upper floors), and housekeeping kept it clean, with not a spot of dust anywhere. Great breakfast choices, thick curtains in case you like dark rooms, good sized TV's, and a very cold AC. There are more than enough restaurants, bars, a park and a mall nearby. It's close to I-4. Disney and Universal are not far away, if you prefer to stay outside of Orlando. The staff was the best, and the manager was always at hand making sure you have everything and you're comfortable! There were some minor issues, such as a warm refrigerator (fixed immediately!) and I know there is a section with older rooms. We stayed in the newer rooms, so we didn't have any further problems. Prices were reasonable for this type of hotel, and its a nice area!

5 star service. Great quality food at breakfast and the restaurant is outstanding. The atrium is very nice for Embassy Suites standards. Located at Uptown Altamonte right on the lake at Cranes Roost Park. There's a beautiful shaded sidewalk and bridge path around the lake. Our pets loved it. And we loved the price. Let's just keep this great hotel our little secret.

It's fine from the outside it looks nicer. All the room doors face inwards to the main quarters plants, eating area etc. 1 Restaurant and a buffet available. There's no outdoor area for lying out poolside (Pool is indoor). Heard this was a 'resort' hotel, but really more of a business hotel. Nice rooms, and great stay. Rooms were quiet and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. WiFi was recently updated - works fast.

This is an older, somewhat outdated Embassy that is definitely showing some wear. However, the property is still beautiful and well maintained. Front Desk staff was awesome. We had 2 suites, 701 and 718. Underneath the vanity in the bathroom in 701 there was a lot if visible dirt and trash. In 718, the sleeper sofa was torn up and the blanket in the pack for the sleeper had a huge hole in it and was full of sand when we pulled it out of the bag. Our stay was adequate. When in the Orlando area, We would probably choose a newer Embassy Suites in the future.
