I went there for an open job interview. The hotel was very clean and nice when I walked in. It smelled good. They had drinks and food available. Although I didn't stay as a guest the lobby and kind staff when I came in made me want to come back!!

I only visited for a hiring event, so I was only able to walk through the front desk area and into the first room in the hall. From the little I saw it was very clean though, and the air conditioning was pleasant after walking in from the hot outside. I didn't talk to any employees, so I can't say anything regarding their attitude or service quality.

When the reservations were made I requested the suite with one room which I saw, but my family was placed in a room with two beds. When I came to see them there was a mistake as the room was mediocre at best. When I spoke to the lady in the front desk she was neither nice for respectful. The Marriott on the other side of I4 quoted me the same price for a much cleaner and better smelling room. If you want el cheap o - this is the place for you as we and my friends are not coming back.

Staff was nice but the first room we were in smelled bad. The room they moved us to was better but the hallway on that floor smelled bad. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is pretty dated and there is only one very slow elevator. Okay for a night or two but not much longer.

Good place to stay for a long time. You have a grill zone with a swimming pool. Free to use laundry and sports gym. Also as a sweet bonus you can get a cup of coffee at any time of the day.

I don't recomend this Hotel . It was dissapointed since the first moment that we arrived. No bath towels in the bathroom.
The termosthat not working ( nothing ) in the Florida summer.!!
The toilet cover with problem.
The general maintenance is not good.
It looks a little dirty everything. They were out of cups for coffee and everything with problem.
I'm a frecuent traveler and a Platinum Member of IHG Club.
The employees are very nice but the problem here is the Management. They are not doing their job .response / report this review -

My wife and I stayed at the Candlewood Suites Lake Mary for a night while we were in town for a conference. It is located in a lush, green, forested area with running and biking paths nearby. There were also several great restaurants to choose from all within a few miles of the hotel. We stayed in a queen suite, which had a small kitchenette area, a desk, a recliner, and a bed. It was more than adequate for what we needed and the staff was very friendly. Also, there was free WiFi, a small gym, a pool, and free laundry services on site. We loved the location, were happy with the accommodations, and will stay here again if we are in the area.
