Nice LQ. Front desk staff is friendly and housekeeping does a good job. Very pet friendly. Convenient to gois restaurants. Recommend.

Stayed overnight on journey to Orlando. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. The bathroom has no lock.

Very rundown bathroom. Needs updating but was clean. Easy check in. Late check out at noon. Breakfast was ok, good coffee. Easy to find and close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Wonderful overall! The front desk was super accommodating (early check in), room was pretty, clean, smelled good (!), had nice day and night curtains, and had a beautiful view to boot! The window even opened some for fresh air. Breakfast was very basic, but it sits right next to a Cracker Barrel.

The bed was really comfortable. We slept well and woke up refreshed with no aches. Definitely a plus!

Couldn't have been happier! Strongly recommend!

PS Dogs are permitted, FREE. :-)

Room not clean. Lobby and exterior looks nice but once you get out of elevator the hall is so hot and stuffy. Soda machine on 2nd floor not working. No pet free rooms. Dogs barking from 4am on. Asked for a different room because 1st one was very smelly. 2nd room smelled better but was NOT clean. Door to hall had big gap and the bathroom was very gross.

Nice people, good rates, but the carpet in our room was beyond filthy. I spilled some water and when I sopped it up with a towel, it came away black and brown! Gross!!! On the bright side, pet welcoming, and a good breakfast included.

Room is fairly clean and big, but Bath tub needs to be cleaned with bleach. There are too many stains. There are no fridge or microwaves in the rooms, Which is a definite negative. I am diabetic and I couldn't keep my insulin cooled. Had to throw out a few tubes. Will definitely tell my company not to rent me a room here again. And finally there are no cash deposits and I was forced to use my credit card so they can put a deposit hold even though I didn't want too, I had too or I couldn't stay there. Not very good policy. I could find thousands of hotels that takes cash deposits and I will definitely tell my employer to do so since I travel to Jacksonville 2 weeks out of the month. You won't be using my credit card anymore.

Not a nice hotel. Toilet backed up & when the staff came to plung it some else's ficus came up through the toilet; we were on the third floor. The heat exchanger on the floor for the heating units on the floor pumped the heat into the hallway instead of outside. Breakfast was very basic. Coffee was below McDonald's in taste and quality. Two single servings of M&Ms and one 12 oz of soda cost $10. The staff was professional and dealt with what they had the best they could. Noticed the elevator license expiring next month on the first day, next day elevator was broken but fixed by the end of the day. The main elevator lagged and bounced.

Stayed here several times because I travel with dog & they are very dog friendly. Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and updated and staff is always courteous & helpful. Definitely recommend if you are looking for hotel in this area.

The outside of the building and the lobby are very nice. However, once you get into the sketchy elevator and go up to your floor, the hallway is so humid it hits you like a brick. Our room, fortunately, was not as humid. It was not the cleanliest room though. There were spots in the bathtub that came off easily so I doubt it was cleaned. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and overall, it just did not feel very clean. The room was nice however. The beds at least felt clean and breakfast was good. I would not stay here again, I would choose from the four other hotels located on this street.

The overall experience at this hotel was horrible. The bathroom had no lock on the door or a fan. The upper floors were also unbearably hot. The elevator was also very humid and smelled of vomit. Maintenance was also draining nasty water into the parking lot that smelled like raw sewage. The only good thing about this place is the pool/hot tub and the breakfast. All of the employees were very friendly and presented themselves with the upmost professionalism.

At first the La Quinta seemed a bit rough around the edges. Key cards are a little sketchy especially on the side doors. Once you get in the room all that changes. The beds are super comfy and very clean. The A/c works very well. The rooms are tastefully decorated. Big shower with plenty of pressure and hot water. The toilet is a little low to the ground and the water is a little high(watch out with low hangers and meter your stream). The rooms are relatively well insulated from noise. Clean pool with a great hot, hot tub. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you stay here you will have a decent to good experience. This isn't a super high end resort, so don't go expecting to have butlers and chocolate star fish smoochers, be realistic.
