We were very happy with this hotel!
Room was clean and had a kitchen! Bed was comfortable, AC and water pressure were great.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Hotel has a small workout room with treadmills, weights and benches.
They have snacks and drinks for sale and complimentary coffee. We didn't use it,but they also have a lending closet where you can borrow games, pots, etc.response / report this review -

Comfortable rooms with full kitchen. Good for extended stay. Helpful front desk. Friendly employees. Quiet hotel. Near major roads.You will need a car. No restaurant at walking distance, except Dave and Buster's. Supermarkets and shopping centers about 10 minutes away in car.

My husband stays here when he has to work in Jacksonville and occasionally the whole family goes with him. Every time we have stayed it's been clean. The decor is modern. It has a nicce sized kitchenette and is a great one bedroom. Our kids stay on the sofa bed and it is nice to have the privacy. Definitely recommend it.

Rooms were nice and we'll kept. Bed was a bit small for two people but comfortable. They also included a pull out bed in their couch. Showers were nice and clean. Each room also has a full sized fridge and small oven range in case you are going to stay a while. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. They also include a free gym and laundry room if you're going to stay a while.

Came to Candlewood after evacuating our RV here in Jacksonville due to Hurricane Irma. The front desk has been working feverishly for a week trying to manage the bookings, and they got us in somehow! The entire staff has been SO helpful and cheerful even as they've been working like mad: the whole lot gets an A++ from my family.
We've spent time here before when our house flooded, and then, as now, the rooms are clean & comfortable, with a kitchen in every room and a quick-mart on the first floor. The other guests here are great also, and truly one of the reasons we like to stay here. The laundry facilities are FREE, and the equipment is clean and heavy-duty.
They are pet friendly, and so many of the staff will stop what they're doing to greet our dog and love on her, it's really sweet.
I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone, whether passing through or staying for a while.response / report this review -

We stayed here while waiting out Irma. We brought provisions with us but really didn't need to. This fine establishment has everything you need. Kitchenettes are fully stocked. Very clean and friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping. I felt if something was missing.they'd get it for us. Found this place while scrambling to get out of Irmas path and found a new little gem we will certainly come back to under different circumstances!

The hotel is a nice, small hotel it has a work out room to help me with why I'm down here. The rooms are very nice also and come with a kitchen so we won't have to use our money to order things, I'm liking this hotel in Jacksonville and will visit my next time I come here.

Everything was perfect except the bed's mattress wasnt great - barely slept all night. The front desk was very responsive when we told them about it and they get an A+ for that. Would absolutely stay there again.

I've stayed here while we wait for our new place to be ready as I start a new job. The entire staff have been great - friendly and attentive. Highly recommend as temporary housing.

Smell in the hallway from the deodorizer was sickening. Room had a broken bathroom fan. Price was good. It was nice that it was pet friendly. Having a full size fridge and kitchenette was lovely. Ice in the room though it would be nice if a machine was available to stock up since it takes a few hours to get some made. Overall a good room.

Great hotel and great customer service. We really enjoyed our stay. After traveling all day getting to a hotel that we had originally made reservation for but due to the bad smell and dirty room. We decided to pack up and go to candlewood. I called on our way there and spoke to a guy name Clifton. He explain to me that they had two rooms left. So I went directly to the hotel. Thank u so much Clifton for everything. U guys are the best. If u are looking for a great comfortable, clean hotel. Candlewood is the place. Me and my family will be returning. Wonderful experience!
