Very clean, great service, good location

Not great, honestly. We requested turndown service while we were out because our daughter had been sick on the trip so we had spent most of our time in the hotel room and we needed new towels and sheets. They just dropped off a pile of sheets and a couple new towels - didn't take any of the old stuff, didn't take out the trash Nothing. And the bed was horribly uncomfortable. We got zero sleep while we were there. The clerk was also a complete biatch to my husband because we wanted to check out early, because of HURRICANE IRMA rolling in to town and acted like it was some big deal we were leaving when we had paid for an extra night. It's not like we were asking for a refund, why do you care???

The great thing about Hampton Inns is the consistency of service. You know what you can expect going in. I highly recommend each and every one of their Inns.

The staff was very pleasant. The hotel itself seems to be in the final stages of a renovation. There are multiple places to eat in walking distance of the hotel.

Easy access. Tractor trailer parking along Lake. Room was excellent. Breakfast was excellent hot meals.

Quiet, comfortable room. Nice furnishing and decor. Nice pool and exercise room. Standard "free" breakfastadequate, but terrible powdered eggs (unlike Marriott real eggs). Lobby was comfortable but hallways were muggy as a swamp. Great coffee!

Absolutely amazing stay.. myself, my husband and our 3 daughters stayed for one night. Immaculate room and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Pool wasn't large, but was very clean. We had a queen suite and it was so big and nice. Breakfast was so much better than we expected. We will stay here again if we are back in Jacksonville.

I rarely give 5 stars, so don't be hesitant to stay at this location. I would have given 5 stars if they had EV charging. The facility was clean and not old looking. The people at the front desk were very welcoming. They have a breakfast area that is complimentary. The food was average - basically what was expected. A good choice if you are in the area. I am VERY picky about where I stay. I generally stay at 4-5 star hotels. There were none in this area. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised.

Despite the hallways being too warm, our room was wonderful. The fixtures had been recently update and very tech-friendly, and Hampton Inn uses some of the nicest pillows we've ever slept on. The free breakfast is always a plus.

Nice hotel not too far out of the city. I was there for work, but it was easy to get on the highway and go to places in Jacksonville. The place was clean and the managers happy hour on Tuesday and Wednesday was a nice touch! All of the employees I spoke with were very kind and courteous!
