Room was clean, staff was superb. View is spectacular from the king with full ocean view. Price is Ok, we will definitely come back! Pros: staff, cleanliness, location, atmosphere Cons: a bit pricey.

Simply the Best stay ever. Starting from the front office staff to the breakfast attendants and the housekeeping staff - Kudos to everyone. You guys deserve an applause. Very well maintained and highly professional people who are always courteous, generous and felt a very warm and welcoming stay. Will definitely stick on to this brand for the future stays

Good hotel. Great customer service. Make sure that you are early fear breakfast. They start cleaning before the breakfast is over and dont bring extra food 30 min before its over.
The quality if the bedding and towels could be better.

Beautiful view. Great bar service. Room is clean. Loving my time. Staff very friendly. Ocean view is beautiful. Loved walking on beach. Great pool with waterfalls. Taki bar is nice. Continental breakfast was awesome.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Staff is super friendly and helpful, it's right on the beach, the pool has waterfalls and is awesome! The food served is better than expected! Would have given 5 stars but we had to end our vacation 2 days early due to a leak in the ceiling and no spare rooms. They offered to put us up at another hotel but we knew it wouldn't be as good, so we just went home. We will definitely come back though!response / report this review -

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Staff is super friendly and helpful, it's right on the beach, the pool has waterfalls and is awesome! The food served is better than expected! Would have given 5 stars but we had to end our vacation 2 days early due to a leak in the ceiling and no spare rooms. They offered to put us up at another hotel but we knew it wouldn't be as good, so we just went home. We will definitely come back though!

Very nice quality hotel. Affordable especially for an ocean front property. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean. Everything looks new. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a good and well located place. The standard is very ok. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. The pool is behind a fence to which access from hotel and beach side. They might tell you that the main door is the only way out but it's not. Alternatives are, as said through the pool area or opposite from entrance. There is a nice bar too facing the ocean. We we are a family of four, two kids 9 and 14 and they loved from the minute we got here. The check in is a bit snow, but when that is done, vacation.

Clean rooms, hot showers, gorgeous pool. Absolutely the most favorite part of the stay. Breakfast was delicious. (The bacon and eggs were perfect.) The only part of the stay I didn't appreciate was that I'm part of the Hilton honors, and when requested upon availability of specific rooms, said request was dismissed, and in retort, I was given a sub par room. There was one employee that was moderately rude, but otherwise a great stay.

I am a frequent Hampton Inn loyal customer, so I have stayed in a few beachfront Hampton Inns. If I compare the Hampton Inns in Pensacola Beach and Jacksonville Beach, this hotel wins with the best pool. Actually, this hotel had the best pool I have seen in any Hampton InnBut Pensacola Beach wins for tone. This hotel has you sign towels in and out, the breakfast was not desirable and there was a tone that you were going to steal something. At the same time, many of the guests were gobbling down all the free cookies and coffee they could get their hands on. You can tell they were dealing with guest that were not accustomed to such a nice hotel. One young girl rubbed the tongs for the free cookies across her shirt before taking several cookies. Even the alarm clock, when I unplugged it to charge my devices, had a safety on it to prevent people from stealing the plug. Otherwise, this was a GREAT hotel and the beach was AWESOME!!! We will go back again, but the breakfast has much to be desired and the staff was extremely nice, but I was not given that royal Hilton Honors member treatment. Maybe they will earn a five star on my next visit

Great place to stay for a decent price. Great pool and hot tub area. Hotel sits right on the beach so access to the beach is a very short walk from the tiki bar and pool area. Rooms are nice and clean, feels like your typical hotel room but with great views if you book the right room. Hotel has great amenities and is super close to a ton of restaurants. Highly recommended for the price.

I got a king size bed with a partial beach view. The view is amazing because of the way the hotel is positioned. The bed is very comfortable and the room is clean. The pool area is gorgeous. The complimentary breakfast is great. Whether you are looking for a romantic get away or family time I highly recommend this piece of heaven.
