Terrific value & great location, especially if traveling by train. Ample choices for free hot breakfast. Very clean & attractive decor. Friendly, accommodating staff. Would highly recommend!!

The rooms were very comfortable amd nice to sleep in overnight. I had the pleasure of going to the complementary breakfast which served a wide variety of food with a staff that was greeting me as I walked in. The hotel has close access to a train so traveling far is not a hassle. Great for a short trip in Chicago.

Great hotel, fully renovated and spacious rooms. The Poetry Garage is right next to it, so parking is easy. Breakfast is included which is very convenient.

We stayed one weekend night in the fall. The room appeared to be either new or it was recently renovated. Plenty of power outlets and charging ports in the room for our numeral mobil devices. The shower is hot and strong. Breakfast is included. I don't mind that they checked everyone against their list to make sure only registered guests get to enjoy the breakfast for free. The hotel does not own any parking facility, but there is a public parking garage next door. Due to the garage and hotel are on an one way street, you will need to drive around two blocks from hotel to the garage. Walking from hotel to garage however only takes a few steps.

Came in for a Cubs game. Our room was ready so we could check in early and not be rushed before leaving for the game. Service was great and the rooms very nice. Great breakfast and walking distance from everything. Will definitely stay there sgain.

Good rates for Chicago. They remodeled and there is no longer a hot tub or pool. This changed since I booked and was a surprise to me when I checked in. I booked here for the price and hot tub. Otherwise, remodeling does look good. Breakfast is smaller now, too. Very limited compared to before.

Location was great. 15 minute walk to millennium park. The rooms were in great shape very clean. Really appreciated the free WiFi. Also had free breakfast, which was quite good. Staff was very friendly. Self parking was very close but pretty price. The great price we got on the room made up for it!

This was a great hotel to stay at for our weekend in Chicago. It was very nice, the street it is on was really quiet - something I wouldn't have expected in Chicago! The staff were great. Breakfast was really good. We would certainly stay here again!

Amazing experience. The room is was fantastic, modern fixtures and vibes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, bringing bags to the room, giving directions, etc. came here with our cats and had no issues. The price was amazing as well! Perfect location. I would come back in an instant!!

Great breakfast, friendly staff. They're currently wrapping up a renovation, which may have been why my allergies were going crazy at the hotel. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review was because of that. Something was in the air that made my eyes itch and dry up. Other than that, the location is great to the financial district and the Civic Opera Hall.

Stayed for four nights. Currently under remodeling but despite the dust in the lobby the staff was helpful and low key and the room was clean and larger than I thought for a downtown location. Continental breakfast was good, especially the bacon

This is a great place. Less crowded & very comfortable. This is a fully professional area & heart of the city , surrounded by beautiful skylines. Best place to stay for business person, professionals as well as tourist.

Newly renovated rooms are nice, but very small. Prices are fairly reasonable, especially for the location. Free WiFi was fast. The breakfast was a little lacking, but it seemed temporary due to the renovation that was ongoing during my stay.

Nice, clean hotel room. Close to attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Does include a continental breakfast. We were told a larger breakfast is served during the week. No bathtub just a shower. (Just in case you needed one). Overall, I would recommend staying here. Good value. Nice hotel. I will be back.
