Had a very comfortable and pleasant weekend stay here. The location was great and the hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. It definitely felt like a business hotel more than a place I’d have ideally booked for a weekend getaway, though I don’t necessarily have any complaints about my stay, just maybe not the nicest overall ambiance. The hotel bar has great drinks and service, and the spa was incredible. The fitness center was the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel - very extensive selection of free weights and machines as well as cardio machines. Overall very satisfied with my stay and would return - if in town for business.

Great location, right next to Willis Tower and a short cab ride to the Cloud Gate and other iconic Chicago landmarks. Also in walking distance of great deep dish pizza restaurants and the train station. The customer service was amazing and the room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely glad I got to experience one of Marriott's higher-end properties and hope to stay here when I visit the Windy City again.

Excellent hotel. Clean and decent sized room in a perfect location. The bar/restaurant in the lobby is great (I only had French onion soup but it was amazing). Located near the Willis Tower, Chicago Board of Trade, etc. In the heart of Chicago. I'll definitely return.

One of the best hotels available. Very helpful staff. Great in room variety of alcohol, beverages, and snacks. The pool and exercise room hours aren't abbreviated. I loved the comfortable bed. Quiet rooms.

Rooms are great. Spacious, nice decor, bathroom is huge! Check-in was a bit frustrating as they didnt have a chip card reader yet so issues with payment. Location is pretty central. Valet is way too expensive. For $300/night room valet should not cost $69.

Love this hotel because of it's location and how close it is to everything. You can walk to Navy Pier to the East or walk to the river to the West and North. So many great restaurants in the area as well. Rooms are a nice size and are updated and the beds are comfortable. Staff is wicked helpful and the lounge area is a welcome perk after a long day. No views from the rooms as it's pinned between two buildings but that doesn't stop it from being a great hotel that I try to stay at every time I'm in town.

Great location in the loop with easy valet service. There is an amazing restaurant, The Florentine, tucked up on the mezzanine level that serves one of the best breakfasts in the loop and contemporary Italian for lunch and dinner.
The hotel lobby is a perfect spot to grab a coffee or drink to conduct a meeting. Customer service and front desk are helpful and professional.response / report this review -

This is my "home away from home" when visiting Chicago and I stay here at least once a year. Every visit has been wonderful and the staff at all levels make sure guests are taken care of properly. Great Hotel to stay at. The conference breakout rooms can be a little confusing to find on the 3rd floor but they were nice conference rooms and the temperature was well regulated in them. My room was great and I had a great view. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Elegant, clean, full service, with a helpful, informed staff. The rooms are nicely updated; the spa was plush and impressive! Room service was delicious and the hotel is in a terrific location! Best trip to Chicago yet! 💜

Great service. Exceptionally friendly staff. The fitness facility was excellent, very roomy,not crowded and variety of equipment both free weights and cardiovascular machines. Rooms were nice, bathroom was huge. Loved the gigantic soaking tub.

We booked a room with a wedding block of rooms and couldn't have been happier with this hotel. The room was lovely with a great bathroom and the floor was very quiet. The front desk staff was welcoming and we were allowed a late checkout. Fantastic Sunday breakfast at the Florentine too. Perfect stay.response / report this review -
