The hotel staff was fantastic and they had great shuttle service and free breakfast. It was definitely one of the better places we've stayed in the area.

Nice clean hotel with comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. I was concerned about how close it was to the airport, but did not hear any planes flying over. Would stay here in the future.

Convenient to ORD with complimentary shuttle between hotel and the airport. Not close to downtown, if that's your true destination. Great staff, good breakfast. Small but comfortable room.

Nice place friendly staff. Free shuttles to and from airport 24/7. The continental breakfast is good. Has a waffle maker. Room gave me lice. (Yes, I verified no one else I know has lice. Checked every possible place it could have been. The only possible place I picked it up is from the hotel.) Overall I'd stay again but will bring my own pillow and get entirely clean fresh bedding once I'm in the room.

The staff here are outstanding! They were happy to provide anything needed! The rooms were clean, and they even left us a friendly note! Very close to O'Hare, with a convenient shuttle.

We stayed here twice during our trip. Each time we were blown away with the professionalism, kindness, and hospitality shown by every member of their team. The rooms were spotless and the breakfasts and snacks were delicious.

We found a good deal on Hotel Tonight. Unfortunately when we arrived the staff could not locate the reservation. After twenty minutes or so they did check us in, but that was unnecessary. Young women at counter did do their best to help us. Room was suitable, and the free breakfast was fresh and tasty and plentiful.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at!! The staff are so nice and helpful!! When I made the reservation, I asked if they had any gluten free items in their breakfast (which is fantastic by the way) because I have Celiac Disease. When I arrived a few months later, a basket of gluten free items were given to me! Gluten free food is not cheap and the basket was filled!! I couldn't believe it!! The hotel and our room were very clean also!! I haven't felt this calm about staying at a public place in a long time and if I ever come back this way again, I will definitely be staying here!!

I went to drop my mom off there. It was super nice and clean. It was cool that they had a concvint place to take care of your airport needs and a shuttle to take you there. It made me less uneasy to leave my mother there.

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. They offer free shuttles to the airport 24/7. Which is nice because there is a train terminal there and it's the fastest/cheapest way to get downtown from the hotels location. Free breakfast was good and room was clean.

What I liked about this place is.First of all, the people there are very amiable and kind, a very accommodating staff.
They kindly put together a gift bag of treats and all signed a thoughtful birthday card for my 10-yr old daughter.
The rooms and lobby are clean and neat.
There is a coin laundry facility for guests to use, a gym, an AMAZING breakfast that varies from day to day in a cozy dining areaKathy is SUCH a wnderful cookthe food is absolutely delicious.at the front desk they are very good about tending to whatever one needs. The manager there honorably works hard and that seems a good example, Just an all-around wonderful place to enjoy a cozy stayThe place is not what I would call glamorous.the pool water could be better I think, .but they make your stay with them comfortable, caring about the people who stay there, and that's what is most important.
I would definitely stay there again and I am happy to recommend this place to others.
