They were renovating the hotel the weekend my son and I stayed there. Outside of the new look my stay was immediately ruined, because I had to submit a deposit of $100. Now if we would have known this in the beginning, we have known this before booking the reservation. I have never stayed in a hotel where I needed to pay deposit and wait until they checked the room before my deposit was refunded. Give your customers all the information before they book the room.

Remodeled clean rooms. I have been to other motels before but i was very impressive about how staff was cooperative and they have a very good selection of breakfast items. loved my 2 days stay and would love to stay again.

Nice, clean and remodeled rooms! The new rooms look fantastic. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Was in town for business. Stayed at this place for a week. Nice new rooms, clean beds, towels etc. From what I am being told, they have renovated this place inside out and lobby reno is in progress. Would definitely recommend this place if someone is looking for clean new rooms and a friendly staff. Gerry was amazing and helped us with local food options and places to go nearby.

There was a dirty towl left on the bathroom door and several bars of used old soap in the shower on the shelf. The outlet by the sink was barely usable due to the the plug constantly falling out of it because it was bad not to mention it tripping. We only stayed one night so we made the best of it. The staff at the front desk were at least polite. Would I stay there again? I would probably say no.

This place stinks,the lady at the front desk has no social skills, and she was a despicable sub-human. Tried too look down on me the other day wow. Please understand that if it was not for middle to upper class black this hotel and the holiday inn would not exist. Fix that nasty middle eastern smell also Lastly I would rather sleep on my back porch with a monkey before I spend a red penny with you. FYI I am a home owner.Please understand that Black like myself are retired and we are moving back South simply because we have money and the quality of life is great. In 10 years from now this area will be the dumps and your hotel with be a bigger dump. Keep that in mind when you develop a nasty attitude with a successful Black man.

This place is horrible. The white lady at the front desk is very prejudice, she is very snotty. You ask her a question and she act like she can't answer you. My daughter friend was going to have a birthday party there for about 5 hours and within a hour of the party I came to drop my daughter off and the lady asked me was it a party going on in that room. I said yes and 15 mins later my daughter called me back and said come get her the party was over. That lady had no reason to kick them out. I knew she was prejudice when I walked through the door because I spoke and she didn't speak back. Just the vibe and a look I got from her I knew something wasn't right. If I could give this nasty dirty smelly hotel no stars review I would. Never will I ever in my life go to this hotel.

Interior/hallway/Furniture all needed updating and a good cleaning but staff is friendly and room, except the carpet, was clean. Which is typical for a chain motel like this. It was fine for my needs especially since I have a pet that travels with me.

The staff are friendly, but this is an old, poorly maintained hotel. It reminds me more of a Red Roof Inn than a La Quinta Innoverall the important part for me is that the bed was comfortable!
Although the lady that checked us in seems lovely, this hotel is poor compared to others in the chain. I booked an Executive King room.
The photos I have posted are for this room, I have not seen any others in the hotel and cannot comment on those 😃
As other reviewers have mentioned, this place reeks like old cigarettes top to bottom.response / report this review
