The hotel is on it! Pool and hot tub were off temperature, talk to the front desk and they took care of it immediately. Found a wonderful note from the cleaning crew everyday we were there. Breakfast was great. Absolutely fabulous hotel!

Room was clean, bed comfortable, staff polite. Breakfast was the normal Hampton breakfast, with something hot from which to pick, as well as the usual cold fast food items. Refrigerator in the room, and in the morning discovered the one microwave in the breakfast area. Not quite as generous with their points as some Hamptons. Automatic doors, hands free, things I look for. Bathroom average size with towels handy to the tub/shower. Sometimes those little things are noticed. There is a local bar/eatery in walking distance, if show room key, get 10% off bill, or sign up on the website before you go and get email for 15% off.

The hotel was beautiful, very modern and comfy. The room itself was clean and the bed was wonderful. I'd stay here again.

Older hotel but upgrades have been made. Price was super right for the area. WiFi was great which is a big deal. Staff was amazing. Room was smaller ten I'm used too but TV was huge. They have upgraded that. Only knock is no TV channel guide. Seems small but I travel a lot

Nice room, the pullout couch bed had some popcorn in it, so I'm not sure how clean it was. No complaints. Breakfast was good.

Decent place and clean rooms. Friendly staff with pool and hot tub. Been here several times with no problems except my first visit. The toilet didn't flush properlyso annoying. Front desk offered to switch rooms but I declined because it was late night, exhausted and there was a hallway bathroom conveniently outside our door. It was just a quick overnight stay. Hollywood Casino Amphitheater is very close by along with gas stations and fast food restaurants.

Checked in on Friday night and there was a slight change of plans w our room due to a wedding booking that was cancelled and then immediately remade. Our reservation was made in that small window so we were bumped to another floor. Not a big deal at all but the two women at the desk we're so sweet, apologetic and over accommodating that I'm positive if any real issue arose it would have been resolved quickly and efficiently. Very clean room and warm, friendly atmosphere.

Very friendly staff. I have always been pleased with Hampton Inn but this room was not great. There was trash from the last guest, the fan in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling and part of the coffee pot was missing.

Nice clean rooms with stores, restaurants, gas stations and concert amphitheater very close by. Definitely will stay again. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the fact that our toilet didn't flush properly. Luckily for us, there was a hallway bathroom right outside our door. They did offer to change rooms but we chose not too because it was so late and we were leaving in the morning.

Stayed at this location for a week. Very welcoming staff and the breakfast was delicious! The young lady Desiree that prepared the breakfast was so nice and friendly. She greeted every guest that came in and also went the extra mile to ask if there was any thing else we needed. Best service I've received ever!! Only negative is the noise we experienced from the renovating that is taking place. Very noisy in the mornings. We were on the third floor where it was all taking place. Overall great experience.
