Very nice staff. Facility is clean, a little dated (carpet, bed skirts and bathrooms), but well kept. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was a nice treat too. Got a great discount by booking online from the parking lot.

Just was a waste of money. The air vents need to be cleaned I got very sick from stuff coming out the heater/air condition unit. They clean the pool at odd times, when I got there the pool was closed but prior I called and it was open. By 9pm it was open again so that was kool for me an adult. The breakfast is gross and I got a lil food poison I only ate the last day of my visit and was sick over a week because of it. It has great potential and I asked for a free night since I got sick I got 25 bucks off a room. Never again is all i can say.

From walking into the lobby with dirty carpets ("due to high traffic" but only 1 customer was seen), a trail of ants leading to the office door, the pool being closed due to maintenance (on a holiday week) leading up to the room which had been poorly cleaned (bed sheet looked like they were just folded back after the previous occupants), a quarter of a cookie in the AC unit, brown substance on the wall, and crumbs on the bed and floor. You can clearly tell the establishment was going through renovations and also new cleaning staff or lack of. The staff didn't want to refund our costs for canceling so they passed the buck and told us to call corporate then corporate directed us back to the staff.

My family has stayed at this hotel many times over the last 2 or 3 years. It has become our go to hotel when we are in the area. We stayed there this past weekend and we were very disappointed to know that our favorite manager Ms. Tracey as we called her, was no longer working there. She always made my family feel welcomed. Our last visit may have been our last visit to this hotel because of some of the bad experiences that occurred during our stay. The night manager was not very sympathetic to our concerns about the plumbing issues, she offered to bring me up a plunger when the toilet overflowed! Really??? once she came up with the plunger we still had to request that someone clean up the toilet water. her response "let me see if I can find someone".shortly after that someone came up to clean up the water with towels.the floor was NEVER mopped! I know it was 2:00 am but I think they could have at least brought in some kind of sanitizer.

Nice staff but, the hotel needs updating. There were also stains on the drapes and one small stain on the bed spread. Other than that my stay was pleasant.

We rented out the kitchenette area for our wedding and reception. Everything turned out great. The only reason they received 4 stars is because no one at the front desk were on the same page. One of the employees and I discussed one thing and the manager had no idea what I was talking abouton several different things but it ended up being a special day.

Initially, my husband and I were stressed because it was the only place with an available room and it was more than we intended to spend. However, the wonderful service provided to us by the front desk clerk, Desiree, made the whole occasion worthwhile. She was kind and friendly and she went above and beyond! The room was also delightful, very clean and nice. We forgot to mention non-smoking, so we did get out in the smoking section, but we really couldn't tell! There was little to no smell of smoke. It was incredibly comfortable, which is hard to find when travelling away from home. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay, and are likely to stay again in the future.

Staff and cleanliness was excellent !!! However the pool was way too high in chlorine and was burning our eyes just being in pool area. It reacted our sinuses as well. Other than fixing that everything else was fantastic. Just wish my kids and I were able to have some pool side fun.

Staff was great. Hotel was clean. Too many kids not being watched by parents. Up until 130 when staff called police because of unruly and disrespectful kids. Probably a bit unfair to the property to rate three stars, but have to go by my personal experience there. Given another night, would probably be more impressed because it is a clean hotel and breakfast was decent also.

Very comfortable. The staff is pleasant and hospitable. Delicious breakfast is offered in a bed and breakfast type atmosphere. Kids love the indoor pool.

I took a delivery to a customer staying at the country inn. The woman working the counter was friendly and helpful, as she told me where the room i was delivering to was located. The lobby, as well as the hallways and the room i delivered to were clean and smelled pleasant and inviting

Good clean hotel, great locationthe servicing of the rooms was the only issuefirst day didnt happen second day it had to be coordinated by me going to the front desk. Good breakfast. Something rattling outside the room window when the wind blew, kept me from sleeping.

Booked this hotel on Priceline for cheap and was not dissatisfied. This hotel is kept up nicely and the beds were comfortable. Had a few flaws but nothing that I would even complain about. The staff there was also very friendly and helpful.

This is my second home. I'm at the Country Inn at least twice a month and the service and staff is outstanding! Tracy and the staff makes checking on and out flow effortlessly. The best property in the area hands down.
