Convenient location. Was not able to have a free breakfast because we booked a different deal. If we had known, we would have booked a different deal.

Really nice lobby, looked like a good dining area but it was closed at the time. Room was very clean and well kept.

Bad bed. Cannot believe what lousy mattresses this hotel has. Very disappointed. Also a great deal of noise and commotion from other rooms during the night. Cancelled rest of our reservation.

Five minutes from Metra Mokena/Hickory Creek station. Excellent staff. Yummy breakfast. A little dated but plans are in the works for upgrades soon. ❤❤❤❤

When we first checked in with the wedding party the hotel stated they had a zero noise policy. At first I laughed and thought we will see about that. They explained that the lobby and courtyard can be used and that noise was acceptable in these areas. This policy actually made the time spent there more enjoyable for everyone who went.
The breakfast was amazing!!
There was a guest in our party that checked into the room for 2 nights but ended up leaving 2 hours after check-in because she was going into labor. The hotel allowed the guest to checkout and comped the entire cost of the room with no hassle. Great customer service.response / report this review -

Terrible experience if you are staying with kids. Perhaps the front desk manager should concentrate on other customers smoking marijuana in there hotel because you could get a contact high just walking on the 2nd and 3rd floor.. but no laughing or joking or having fun for kids .We will never stay at this Hilton Garden again The prison guard at the front desk was very rude with absolutely no customer service skills. She had a PBF every time you would walk past.. Our kids pretty much had to stay locked in the room because they were forbidden to laugh or skip to the elevator at 3:00 pm in the afternoon. Kids will be kids The desk manager had there cook / security guard spy on our kids and follow them around like they were convicts including following us up to the room one night.. The manager came to the pool asked us to be quiet and not to splash when we were the only ones in there.. I was supervising my kids this lady just had it out for us.. She told us we had to sign a warning form in one instance when security came to our door accusing us of not watching our kids when we had them in the room with us..confussing us with a totally different group.. Bad Hotel For Kids if you get high it's great.. Clean up your act

The meals they served to the convention guests was excellent. They had a breakfast buffet as well that was Top Notch and a great value. There was an outdoor patio and a swimming pool that many of the guests utilized. The hotel staff was very helpful with cleaning the room and arranging the tables for all the guests. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Overall, we had a great experience there all weekend long.

The room my wife and I got was clean with a nice 10ft ceiling. I had to do a minor fix for the TV setup to work. The king bed is interesting with a firmness control that goes from firm to (literally) put-a-body-sized-hole-in-the-bed soft. Not badit was just funny when I woke up in a holeyet still had a good night's sleep.
I Don't understand why when you pay more at hotelsit seems like you get less these days. If you want an OK continental breakfast, it's $11 and you'll have to sign up for Hilton's Rewards program for Free Wifi. Oh well.response / report this review -

Everyone was very friendly. Always smiling and says hello to you. Check in was fast and easy. The room was very neat and bed were very comfortable. Didn't ask if they had firmer pillows but they orginal ones were too fluffy. Overall had a great time. Would stay there again.
