It was clean, comfortable, and all the ammenities were perfect. The desk staff were well informed, very courteous, and professional. Our stay allowed a good worry-free rest after a long drive.

Decent rooms and the service is good. Breakfast could be a better. You can tell the scrambled eggs are microwaved powdered eggs.

The check in and out process was quick and smooth. The free breakfast was extensive and included fruit, oatmeal with many different toppings, cereal, juice, bagels, muffins, waffles, eggs, and also breakfast meat. The pool was open and clean. The beds we're quite soft and the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. I would stay there again.

Top top top notch staff.
But terrible room conditions. Room reeked of smoke and the bed was way too soft for my taste on the first try. Asked for another room and they accommodated (although had to go from King to dual queen) and the room was better but one could still tell it was old.
Due to the building's condition alone, I'd urge long stay travelers to avoid. However if you're judging solely on staff, I'd give it 5 stars.response / report this review -

Traveling with senior citizens on this trip. Check in was quick and easy. Drop off and entry to hotel easy. Rooms were spacious enough and clean. Breakfast was adequate. This was a travel business stop.

Certainly acceptable, very clean, but an older worn out Fairfield. Hospitality was nice, but not overly friendly. A place where you had to ask, not going out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Had a fridge in the room. The breakfast was amazing with a huge selection. Had a decent pool and hot tub. Very close to the higway and Hollywood Casino. Would totally return to this location.

I hesitate to give this hotel even 3 stars. Location is good, right off I80. But the hotel is old and feels shabby. Staff is confused by simple requests, and indifferent. Meh.

The Fairfield Inn has been a great stay thus far. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area or on the go. The breakfast options are fantastic in the staff is wonderful. They have an indoor heated pool to help you relax. The room service options are also great. We've been here for two nights so far and it has been nothing but awesome exclamation point I would highly recommend this hotel stay for anyone.
