I got married last week and I was told that you have to say in a hotel after getting married, I don't know who came up with that rule but whatever.

After dancing all night, my feet were killing me. My beautiful bride and myself were dead tired and when we arrived everything went smoothly.
It might be because they knew in advanced that a newly married couple has going to be staying in their hotel but overall it was a great experience.

Great place to stay. Pool was in excellent shape and clean. Carpets and decor were a little older but well taken care of. We stay at Hamptons often and this breakfast was one of the best ever. Included several small touches that you don't always get at a Hampton. Current management please stay there and keep it up!!!

I actually enjoyed this hotel. Nice swimming pool and very comfortable beds. Just wish the breakfast had a little more variety. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location right off of the highway was very convenient to find, you could see the sign easily. The pool was nice. The dining area for breakfast was nice also, not too small. The rooms were clean. All in all it was a great experience!

I'm giving 2 stars simply because of my best friends' Bridal Suite reservations being completely mismanaged by Hampton's corporate entity. Had that not happened I would probably have given 4 stars.
The standard hotel rooms were very nice, 4 stars.
. The front desk clerk, Steff (if I remember his name correctly) dealt with an impossible situation as best he could and he personally went above & beyond, 10 stars on a scale of 1 to 5 for him.
Location Tough to rate but for our purposes, 3.5 stars

Hampton Regional General Management & Corporate entity Minus a billion stars for over booking & ignoring reservations that were clearly made & CLEARLY entered into your reservation system almost 8 months in advance..as confirmed by Management even at the time of check in. While this may seem petty to most, you completely ruined one freshly minted Bride and Grooms Wedding night.
If you're visiting for pleasure I can attest you will be fairly satisfied (albeit extremely over charged). If you are planning a Wedding.. Skip the Hampton. Head 4 miles down the highway to the Wingate.. Less expensive & more upscale for less $$.

ooms are clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Front desk stay very friendly and helpful. GM was also very friendly. Housekeepers kind and accommodating. Good location, quiet, next to a mall and several places to eat.

This is my 2nd stay here, there have so far been no dissapointments. It is a clean motel, no odours or unpleasant smells. The rooms are really good, the complimentary bfast is better than most motels this standard in most cities, the location is very convenient and close to a variety of eateries and stores and finally, the staff is helpful and professional. I'll probably be staying here again in the future.

The hotel was nice. The gym had some space to do more than cardio. I stayed on the side away from the highway and hardly heard any noise. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Location was easy to get to off of the expressway. Check in was very smooth and all of the staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The room was clean and comfortable - just like you would expect for a Hilton property. I would definitely stay again!

Jordan greeted us at the front and he worked the next day. He was super professional, genuine and polite. Our room was awesome. Very cozy and clean. The gym was accommodating too. I wish I could remember the guy who checked us out. He was also so nice to deal with. We travel often and we don't get this kind of customer service. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant!
