  The kids and I enjoyed ourselves here and were happy to have gone. We went during a time when it was quiet on a Friday morning and basically had our run of the place. It would have been better if there were more interactive Lego building activities for the children, but they tried their best to involved the children in the attractions they had. I would come back again, but may try some of their other US locations to compare the service. Not bad though.

  Great for the little ones, hell on parents and their pocketbooks. Busy, noisy, and full of the possibility of twisting an ankle due to all the tiny Lego pieces on the floor. Still, it's a fun way for kids to spend a day, with games, rides, movies, and climbing things. It's also a terrific way to be reminded of all the amazing things artsy-minded folk can do with Legos. Parents pack patience and earplugs, and enjoy watching your kids have a noisy good time.

  If you ask my kids they will rate it 5 stars.
  Location is in the Mall, that's when I realized it wasn't going to be what I was expecting. Personal speaking this place is over price, the day we visited they were under staff. Took about 15 min to check in, we had to wait 10 extra minutes to watch a movie because nobody was available to open the door. My kids liked it, my wife and I don't think is a good idea to go back.

  Was a fun experience. We were able to get a good deal online. Great for smaller kids. They seem understaffed. There is a movie that is supposed to play every half hour, but it consistently started late, which was problem because there is a posted count down to when the movie is supposed to start. When the count down ended and nothing happened for ten minutes the whole line got really angry every time.

  I had a double birthday party for my son and niece here in July 2017. From the beginning it was just a mess. My guest arrived early and instead of the "hosts" which was a bunch of young adults who were not professionally approachable or looking waiting til I or my sister in law arrived they started asking the guest what would they like to drink and eat. By them asking my guest these questions they totally changed the menu that we had already picked out and emailed to them. It was so frustrating for someone to keep asking the same questions that we had already emailed them weeks earlier. One female she had her hair everywhere on her head got upset with me when i told her to change the menu back to the way I had and don't ask my guest anything about a party they did not pay for she went and got her supervisor who informed me they had our menu but was just double checking. But my question is why are you asking my guests when they're are limited choices? (Two food choices and drink choices) if I have over 20 guest how can everyone pick a drink or food?? But in the end we had no host to attend to the kids until the last 20 minutes of our 1 hour party. When my sister ask why weren't they doing this and that which she had a party there of her step son 3 months before they told her we don't do that anymore. I will never spend $600 at this place again they need older, smarter and more professional kid like employees around

  Had a great time today. We are annual pass holders and we came to the Star Wars building event today. We were very fortunate to have met Professor Rod who directed the building of Darth Vader.
  
  Professor Rod was excellent working with all the kids no matter how old we were.
  
  Thank you Professor Rod for all you did for the whole group who participated in the building of Darth Vader today.

  You don't know me and I don't know you, so why would you trust my review? Because, it's the same review everyone else is giving, so there must be some truth to it.
  
  This place is broken. None of the interactive parts work. All of the buttons do nothing. The little "shoot the bad guys" ride doesn't work when you pull the trigger.
  
  The Lego statues are kind of neat to an adult but our 5 year old didn't care much for them. She was semi-entertained with the playground (which is really small and overcrowded) but grew bored quickly.
  
  If we lived in Atlanta, I could see the allure of getting a membership here to escape the heat of outdoor activities, but driving from Chattanooga and paying nearly $50 for 2 adults and a child is ridiculously overpriced. I mean, this place has nothing to do as an adult, so what did we pay for? And even if I DID play with Legos, I'd feel like a creep and an ass for getting in the way of the children.
  
  I would have given it 1 star, but my little girl did enjoy a very few things
  
  Realistically, this place is waste of money that could be put towards something more entertaining.

  Had my son's birthday party here. The place lacks organization on every level. The birthday party coordinator did not get back to me to finalize the details. She does not work on Saturday or Sunday, so I had to contact the gift shop to make sure they had my son's party on the schedule. Upon arrival, our party host was on a lunch break. Half of my party was allowed in. When the host showed up, she demanded a copy of the contract that was already sent to the coordinator a month prior to the party. She then rudely told me that my guests should not have entered the facility without signing in, even though other employees led my guests to the party room. The party "host" then had me track down guests who did not sign in to give them wrist bands. She also told one of my guests to leave. This place needs a major management overhaul. I gave 2 stars because all the kids really enjoyed themselves. Otherwise, not on my list of future visits.

  Fun place for kids about two and up and adults alike, I rather enjoyed my time there. It can get crowded, so the earlier the better and plan on spending at least two hours. Enjoyable, we will definitely go back.

  It's wonderful for kids 8 and under. The 4D movies are awesome and so are the games. The only reason I gave it a four, is because my children have become to old for this attraction. Maybe they could add a little bit more for the older children that still have love for Legos.

  Took my friends and his son there and I didn't realize that this was for younger children. He's about 11 and this seemed to be aimed at 6 and younger. That's on me, though, so I didn't drop any stars for that. That being said, I felt that for what was in there (which there wasn't that much) it seemed a bit expensive. It's a very small place with one small ride and a "4D" theatre. I'd save the money and take your child to the zoo or something a little more substantial.

  Me and my daughter (4 years old) had an great time at LEGOLAND Discovery Center in Atlanta yesterday..but we always do! We have an annual pass and use it constantly. Whether we stop in for 45 minutes or stay for a few hours, she always leaves with a huge smile on her face.
  
  The new pirate themed playground has been a huge hit with her! Also the 4D movie theater will get you a little wet but well worth it to see the smiles and hear the kids laugh throughout the short movies.
  
  In particular, make sure you ask for Master Builder Professor Rod! Each time we come in he makes our time at the attraction better. Yesterday we built Pumpkins for Halloween. He is extremely patient and interactive with all the children. My daughter is a little on the shy side but every time we go to LEGOLAND she runs straight to him, give him a high five, and starts talking away like best friends.
  
  The staff overall makes the attraction a must see. They are all attentive and curious to both children and adults.
