Had a cake especially made for my daughters bday but almost didn't get it because they forgot important details. In the end, they did what they could to fix it so for that, I'm appreciative and my daughter was tickled pink!

I want to give a major shout out to the Largo plaza Publix bakery and specifically Evelyn, the bakery assistant manager, who went above and beyond for a frantic (probably way more frantic than needed) mother.

Today we were driving from Charleston, SC to Savannah, GA for our daughter's 1st birthday smash cake photoshoot. We ordered a cake from the publix near us and picked it up on our way out of town and it was NOTHING like what we had discussed. I was in too much of a time crunch to have it redone, so I just left. I was crying as I was telling our photographer about it. We wanted a peach cake with flowers all around and we got a neon orange cake with swirls. We are a publix family and this was the first time I've ever been disappointed in them.

We struggled to conceive our daughter, she may be our one ans only and I have been planning her party and cake smash for months. Her theme was actually based around this idea for her smash cake. So, that's why I was a little more emotional than I would've been otherwise.

Our photographer got to Savannah before we did and explained the situation. Evelyn was on her lunch break, was the only decorator there and had been there since 6am, but without hesitation she said that she would remake our cake, make sure it was perfect, and not even charge us. Not charge us for some other publix's mistake-from a different state at that! She turned our day around and helped to ensure we had the perfect shoot! And as always it tasted delicious!

    Literally can't thank her enough!

I need to know the secret to where Publix finds such friendly employees! They're always so nice and go out of their way to create a good customer experience. I really like the deli and produce at this location. The store is clean and tidy and everything is pretty easy to find. Some say it's too pricey but I don't find that I spend too much more than at other stores.

Always friendly and helpful. Most pleasant employees at any store I have shopped at. Other stores and chains could surely take lessons from them on how to interact with their customers.

Look the service here is great, the store is clean, and there is great variety in their groceries. However, they tend to have higher prices than Kroger and Wal mart for the same items. Best way to shop here is for the buy one get one deals and coupons. As a student, i rarely shop here. I can get most od my items from other establishments at a lower rate.

A huge thank you the Publix in Twelve Oaks. On Sunday I had to make a late run through. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Even the manager Jesse Cole took time out to ensure we had an enjoyable experience.

Their pharmacy reps are on it! My insurance became confused due to the new year, and wasn't working as expected. I paid more than I should have, but the next time I came in, they reprocessed my bills and gave me a refund for the previous meds, no sweat!

The cash register gave some grief and in 1/2 a second the pharmacist fixed that too. Nice!

We love Publix, the only & I mean the only thing I can say is that the mens restroom is just disgusting. Needs refurbishment or just keep it clean.

I ordered 2 cakes for my daughters birthday. Neither one was correct. Smh. I will not be ordering from them again. The 2nd cake cost me over $50 and it truly wasn't worth the money we spent on it. It looked nothing like the picture and was already melting when my husband went to pic it up. If I had the time I would have gotten something else. Truly disappointed and so upset I have to show this cake at my daughter birthday party today.

Been shopping at Publixes for 20 years now; they are the best grocery chain in Florida and their stores in other states, while not quite as good as Florida's, are still far superior to every other grocery chain in the South

As any retail store owner knows, and as the rest of you can figure out, a retail business' service is only as good as its staff. The staff is only as good as the applicants to choose from. So if only inferior applicants apply, management cannot hire superior staff

So parents, if you bring up your spoiled children to have: a sense of superiority, a sense of entitlement, and a careless work ethic, what type of employee is your child going to be? 2 out of 10 workers are store clerks, 4 out of 10 are in customer service

    ♧♧♧
And on the other hand, the careful review reader will quickly notice that virtually ALL the poor reviews here on Google come from this younger Entitlement generation, who somehow feel that the world owes them A Great Experience every time they walk in to make a purchase
