Disappointing really. The presentation is there, just not the substance. The food should be good, but it's just OK. There were just as many croutons in my beet salad as there were beets. The freshness of my salad and my wife's charcuturie were suspect. We sat at the bar and had a friendly bartender, yet he seemed inauthentic. The place is modern and beautiful yet the sinks in the bathroom don't work. I don't get it. You almost feel foolish because you fell for the pretty picture.

Don't get the hamburger and fries - I got some serious food poisoning. I had it for dinner and then I was up every hour that night immediately after. After 14 hours in bed in and out of sleep, I threw up the whole thing. I ordered it medium.

The food is just ok and the service is very very poor (They are so brave to suggest 18-30% of tips.) The host looked unpleasant when he handed me over my food, and didn't say anything when I came in or left. For a traveler from outside the states, I felt very disappointed--worst dining experience I have ever had in the US. No wonder there are so few people coming in. Even the lady at the museum Cafe is much more friendly. And there are some much better restaurants nearby.

Inspired dining? What a joke. The table host tried his best to make me feel very unwelcome. The behaviour of the staff comes across like I stiff upscale joint but won't match the food. If you want to be treated nicely enjoying good food you need to find a nearby place which are aplenty. For that kind of service everything is overpriced.
