David, Lance, Kasey and George were all very accommodating for me. I found the bike I was looking for on their website and came out from Atlanta. They had everything pretty much ready for me to sign and leave so I could get back home. It was a 30 minute in and out deal. No games and no BS.

They took the time to make sure the bike was right and even replaced the master cylinder lid because the finish was a little messed up, I didn't even ask for that. It's a 10 year old bike, it's expected. Thanks guys!

David Ray is always there to help. He provides a service that goes above and beyond and makes you feel very welcome. I have purchased two Harleys from him and both experiences were great. David is very knowledgeable and will explain step by step, detail by detail on every motorcycle. Also, everyone at the store is so friendly and happy, I wish everywhere I went had employees like Harley Davidson.

I came into the store with no idea of what I wanted in a bike. Mr. Humbert quickly rose to the challenge and aske me a few questions to help sum down to 2 Motorcycles that best suited me. My experience there that day was awesome, Mr. Humbert was extremely professional and made me feel welcome. David and Lance provided exceptional customer service in my purchase of a 2017 Road Glide. They were both extremely knowledgeable and eager to assist me. The bike really sold itself, but they listened to what I was comfortable with payment and financing-wise and didn't try to steer me into something I was uncomfortable with, but instead worked with me (and my trade-in) and I walked out feeling that it was a good deal for all of us. I would recommend them to anyone in the market to buy and would buy from them again.

Sarah "Hollywood" Maxwell was my saleswomen!! She rocked it from the first time we met at OSP till the deal was done. Was straight up with me about everything and helped me to get into the bike I've been dreaming of for quite some time!! She's highly knowledgeable and was extremely helpful. I must add she had a great deal of patience with me being that I'm not the easiest customer out there. She's an awesome person and a major credit to Savannah Harley!!

I need to add that Mike Myers (Maybe spelled wrong. Sorry sir), who is the service manager, is also another credit to Harley. I haven't rode in over 20+ years and he stayed with me on the track, at closing time no less, allowing me to get use to the bike before taking it on the road. Thank you so much for the pointers and being very patience with me out there!!

“I thought I had oil leak and also had a leak on Hydraulic clutch master cylinder. They cleaned bottom of engine and couldn't find leak. Oil may have been residue from first 1,000 mile service. They replaced clutch master cylinder gasket, and polished mark let on tank paint com clutch house rub. Then Robert adjusted my handlebar controls to suit me when I picked bike up. And it had been washed for me too! Thank y'all so much!”

“I came by Savannah Harley-Davidson looking at either a new Street or Road Glide. I let the salesman(Lon) know that I was looking, and answering questions about ride comfort, engine/Transmission reliability, and just pure Harley feel. They let me play with all of the bikes I was interested in(Harley Demo truck rocks). Lon has been a big help every step of the way. I finally decided on a 2017 Road Glide with a few upgrades. Ask questions, have a feel for what you want and remain open to changeI have to give a big shout out to Lon Burns.
