Bill constantly goes up with no explanation. Always attempted pick up within a locked gated area before business hours, even after being notified. Not able to pick up dumpster within 30 days of end of lease notification and no call back from supervisor when requested.

Trash pick up has been overall consistent. Recycling pick up has not been consistent. It gets picked up at different days each week. Very frustrating to have the recycling bin sitting at the end of my drive way full for days at a time.

I work across the street. Google keeps asking for a review, so here it goes. Trucks dump trash there. We can see bulldozers pushing it around sometimes. We can smell it really well during the summer.

Stay away! Customer service is horrible! Bill keeps getting raised and more than double what prjbately owned companies are charging for same service. I called to ask about my bill at all.of my locations amd nobody will do anything byt say we have a rate increase every year and then add all tge fees on top of that.. they tell me to cancel will cost me the total of 6 months bills plus a removal fee. Onky a shady company like this will lick you in to a contract amd then screw you with rate increases like this

The customer service was fantastic. I had a few phone conversations with the lady in the office and was given proper directions since my GPS stopped working. She was extremely polite. When I arrived at the location the lady was again very polite. I drove my personal truck and trailer up the hill, when on top, a gentleman who was working a bulldozer exited the machine directed me where to back up and actually helped unload the trailer. I would highly recommend this waste management company.
