There are NEVER enough staff at this store. Always a wait at the register year round. Heard paging for help to shoes 7 times while standing in line. Lots of great deals & merchandise. Just not enough registers open.

The staff were really friendly and helpful Pleasant to talk to and accommodating too. Wow fun to shop with all the other shoppers, they were all great to talk to and had a great sence of humour. Would I drive to stay over night in the area, at the Holiday Inn Express 100 %.

if i could give no stars i would. i go to get my links taken out of my watch and the old stank lady greets me with a terrible attitude. not only that, she says she cant take the links out claiming that they cant be taken out. i took it to another store and with no issue i got the links took out. beware of this boot wearing, attitude having old hag, she hates her life and it shows. fire her now!!

The clothes here are all nice and great prices but the customer service could have been way better. The lady did not seem like she wanted to help me or even work there.

Nice Kohl's in the local neighborhood. Quieter than other malls, so you get a chance to shop freely. Still get the same deals as any other Kohl's.

So frustrated with Kohls. They didn't have the jacket in today's ad so I had to order it online without seeing or feeling it and I don't like that. I was going to get myself a T-shirt and they didn't have those either. Seems like everytime I go they're out of something that I want. I did have an employee help me with the ordering process as I had a discount card and 2 gift cards. She was wonderful.

Horrible customer service. Very unknoledgable staff.

Made a return then was denied the credit I was just given.
Overall a horrible experience and I am more then disappointed. Kohls has just lost a life long customer after the run around I was given.
By returning my items I lost all value for them and walked out with nothing.

Some of the staff is very nice and helpful, on the other hand tho, others are rude and disrespectful. I was waiting in line to check out today when I heard a red-head (I think was a manager) yelling at an employee! From my experience in retail, when there's a problem, the managers should talk privately to the employees to be PROFESSIONAL and not CAUSE DISTURBANCE to everyone else in the store. She also walked by and did not greet anyone. I have a better experience shopping everywhere else I go, I'm not gonna shop at this location again!!

The way this store is organized is a headache. I Wanted to find skinny jeans but couldn't find everything in one place. I had to go all over the huge store to find different brands, and once I wanted to try another size of certain jeans I couldn't find their aisle anymore. I will never go back there.
