I like Kohl's but I wasn't too happy today because I needed help finding a few items and there was a small amount of employees not available and the ones working were mostly in the registers. I understand it's Christmas but like Target and Walmart, they should hire s fee people to help out on the floor. Now I got to find somewhere else to buy gifts. I gave it 4 stars because I still like the store. But management wise it gets 2 stars for not having more people on the floor available to help people shop.

Convenient, clean and loaded with inventory. Prices are great. Enjoy shopping at discounted rates. They always have some sale and specials. All kinds of variety of items from cloths to shows to perfumes to suits to kitchen stuff to bath stuff and more.

Wide selection of quality goods, but limited mainly to clothing, jewelry and household accessories. Good prices when their sales are on, otherwise uncompetitive price-wise.

The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. My 2016 vehicle took over two months to complete repairs due to a part delay. In the interim, I was given it back to drive. I did later learn this is a common technique used by body shops to close out insurance repairs so they don't affect average time of repairs. They then later add a supplement to the repair claim.

I can't help but question the sense of urgency if the vehicle is off the books, as I was never followed up with, I had to consistently be the proactive party, checking on the delayed part status.

After I expressed my incredible frustration and offered to investigate the manufacturer delays myself, the part coincidentally arrived the next day.

They do great work and I would recommend them. You just may need to stay on top of the repair progress if parts are delayed.

Whenever I go there are usually available cashiers, fitting rooms, and clothes, shoes, intimates, etc. in my size. I'm pretty small so it's nice to shop where there's a dedicated petite section. Prices are all right, especially if you find great markdowns. Not to mention the incentive of Kohl's Cash, which is pretty much everyone's favorite thing about Kohl's.

Generally all the clothes here are expensive, so shop during a sale. Even though the clothes are expensive I recommend shopping here for work clothes, they are good quality, stylish, and have a good selection of clothes always available.

Typical Kohls. Most items are listed on sale but have never been sold at "regular price." Don't be fooled by the __% off signs. Otherwise the selection is decent and they stock some good clothes although very conservative in style.

Kohl's is always a great place to shop, and the Waterford Lakes location is no exception! Great brands and beautuful, quality merchandise at great prices. The staff here goes out of their way to make sure every customer is 100 % happy, 100 % of the time.
