Nice, clean hotel. Central location. Construction going on out side on the road so was slightly noisy.

Good hotel located centrally with a small gym and everything you need for a comfortable stay. I really enjoyed it. On the pricey side at 275 usd per night but everything was very good

Well appointed, functional room, friendly staff. But some disappointments. Closet is useless, shower is difficult to operate, no place to put your suitcase.

Check in and staff interactions were not rude, but definitely left something to be desired. In addition, for the price, the room was not good. There were many small issues that I felt should have been handled already at a hotel in this price range. Poor lighting in the room, bathroom not cleaned well, shower head coming off the wall.

The hotel is very well situated in Tribeca, just a 7 minute walk from Brooklyn bridge and about 15 minute walk to Chinatown and little Italy. It's also very close to Soho and the One tower. The hotel itself was very simplistic but server our needs perfectly. The staff were very friendly, they kept our bags with no problem and allowed us to keep the well designed key cards as a memento. The room we stayed in was a Queen room which was rather small and just fitted the bed and not much more, but again this was suitable for us. The bathroom was small but very nicely decorated with beautiful smelling toiletries and a lovely map of NYC on the tiles in the shower. The shower was fantastic with great pressure and temperature and enough height for all 6'2" of me. The only disappointment was our windows looked out into an internal wall, but we got the room cheap and someone has to get those rooms so you get what you pay for!

This hotel is a great place to stay while visiting NYC, it was a pleasant surprise to see a premium look all over the place for such a good price. I would recommend it. But keep in mind all changes in lenght of stay time have to be notified 24hrs prior. I will definitely come back.

We received a free upgrade to a suite, and our room was very spacious, though the view left something to be desired. The staff was very kind and courteous. Overall a nice experience for us. The elevator was incredibly slow. We had friends staying in another room, however and they articulated that their room was very very tiny.

Really friendly staff. Rooms are being renovated so you have all amenities from a new hotel (USB plugs, led lights etc). There is free WiFi as well. Rooms are OK for NYC standards.

I have stayed in this hotel twice — and it has been in the perfect location for me to hop on and off many subway lines, attend barre classes (Exhale Spa Soho), and get coffee + smoothies in the morning. The hotel has been recently renovated and the bathrooms are absolutely beautiful, with an impressive mosaic of Manhattan boroughs in the shower. It is definitely worth it to upgrade to one of the suites with high ceilings (the highest I have ever seen in any hotel!). It was beautifully designed in terms of industrial and plush/velvet furniture.

On the same block as the hotel, there are my FAVORITE organic/smoothie places in the city: Wicked Juice, Sun in Bloom and the Juice Press.

I had a wonderful stay both times. The staff has been so sweet and accommodating + the suite rooms are exceptionally spacious and beautiful. I highly recommend it.

stayed in single. it means single. toilet space comparable to those i experienced in japan. bed does not suit those over 6 foot. Basic room for sleep is fine. no other amenities to speak of (two computer near front desk and a fitness room). it is clean though.

In winter it is cold. There is a draught coming through the window at night. Traits need a very delicate touch otherwise it can be difficult to get the temperature just right. Bed was fine, TV fine, rest of the bathroom fine. Came equipped with iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Could do with some better places to eat.
