Extremely frustrating experience, though the Assistant Manager, Heather, was helpful, the rest of the staff seemed as though they would prefer to never actually speak to customers on the phone. Ordered a coffee table in September, with the promise of a 3 week turnaround. I received the table two days ago, in the beginning of December. When delivery day finally came, the wrong coffee table was delivered, though this was thankfully rectified within two hours.
After multiple, almost weekly, promises that my $650 purchase would be delivered by the end of the week for almost three months, I have little faith in their ability to actually deliver on any of their promises unless the item is in stock, in the store, and you pick it up the same day you purchase it.
Edit: 1/2/21- As evidenced by their boilerplate response to every complaint, they also don't really care that they consistently fail to deliver decent service. And no, I won't be giving this business another chance in the future.

We filled our recently built cabin entirely with a mix of custom made pieces and the beautiful pieces that were in the store. Greg was our assistant throughout the build and wonderful with suggestions and meeting tight deadlines, delivers and especially helping design the custom furniture pieces that I had in my head, and making them come to reality. They are all just stunning! All without breaking the bank! I would highly recommend Greg and this business and know, there was never a high pressure to buy more or buy up, it is a very relaxed atmosphere. Great group of people that really care. I hope this helps some one else looking for a beautiful home too! Also, the beds are amazing (and I have a bad back, we bought three!).

They are thieves stole my deposit and lied to me the manager so called Shawn Shaw is absolutely rude not helpful and could care less that he looses clients . I feel sorry for the owner of this company. They need to find better management. If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would have. My family and friends will no longer be coming to do business here.

I don’t like to give a bad review but this place lied to me and took my money saying I forfeited my lay away deposit when I had been told different. I was told from the beginning they could not refund my deposits but that I could have store credit for the amount I had put down and that i could make deposits until I found something I liked. No one ever said anything about me loosing my money until now . The so called manager Shawn Shaw was very rude and dry at saying that I had to buy something for 1400.00 so they could give me credit for the money they had already taken from me. I had never been told that in the multiple times I have come in to see if I would find something I liked. This is robbery and that manager has extremely poor customer service and not willing to hear what I had been told .

While closing on our home, furniture market allowed us to layaway our furniture which was AMAZING! Delivery guys were professional and very helpful. They did an awesome job!

We continue to shop with them because of their excellent customer service and good product at a reasonable price. I love the 'rustic' furniture! If you don't have what I want, it can be 'custom' built. Prices beats anyone around. I've been shopping here since it was known as 'Oak & Pine'. Not only is Tricia Barth a very professional sales person, she is one fabulous woman! She has helped me to furnish three houses and one shop. She has me spoiledI will only deal with her because she knows the products and she steers me in the best way for what I am shopping for and the intended use. KUDOS TO FURNITURE MARKET!

Austin Furniture Market is fantastic! I went all over Austin looking for a bedroom set for my daughters room. They all had long delivery dates and I wasn't thrilled with what I saw at those show rooms. Until I happened on
Austin Furniture Market they had the perfect set at a great price and two day delivery and set up. The range of selection is incredible. The woman who helped me was wonderful and recommended some accent pieces for the room as well. I will be back for sure!

We really like the selection of furniture and the two couches we bought are very comfortable. The follow-up customer service though is not good - if you have any issues arise, expect to have to hound them for follow-up.

We purchased a Shelving Cabinet for our home office. We did look all over Austin and just ran into either of the two problems..Over Priced or purely Particle Board construction. So glad we took the chance to pull in. We love our new piece of furniture and how solid its built..Will surely return for more !!! Super Nice Folks to help you too !

We recently relocated to Texas from the East Coast and went to Furniture Market to decorate the new house. They have an extensive collection of quality Southwest furniture at terrific prices. More importantly, our sales representative Yesy was incredible! She was extremely helpful with ideas, very patient when we changed our minds and wonderfully pleasant to work with. This has become our first choice for Furniture.
