How do I rate zero stars? AVOID! After fifteen minutes of circling the block(s) to find impossible parking (no free parking anywhere near, I had to pay) just to find out they didn't have the menu item (listed in images of their menu on their website) which I drove an hour to get (doner kebab), I walked away extremely disappointed. Their online menu is not at all what you'll see when you get there. Plus, they charge a credit card 'convenience' fee in addition to local parking fees. Rude staff! Don't bother!

These negative reviews about the food make no sense. I've been coming here for years.

I've had bahn mi sandwiches all over the world, it's my favorite sandwhich. Kim's is top 3 I've ever had.

Also, the person who said the pad Thai was greattrue statement.

Shrimp spring rolls are great, too.

I'm not the best person to review ambiance. I've eaten in some pretty shady looking places, most of the time l prefer it.

So, don't judge it by how it looks. Get over yourself and get some good grub. Peace.

Just had the worst delivery experience of my life here. took 2 hours to deliver my small order and the delivery driver had to ask for my address over the phone. To make matters worse they forgot one of my sides and the food container leaked out all of the sauce inside. Good riddance, Kim's.

I had the rare steak noodle soup and Vietnamese egg rolls. Both were average at best. With respect to the noodle soup the broth was really simple and lacked good flavor. The noodles were overcooked while the steak was cooked nicely. The egg rolls were OK, but, nothing all that special. Delivery service was prompt and accurate - food arrived in 45 minutes.
