Amazing veggie burgers! So many awesome options! Always good service!
Hostesses were nice for the crowd they had to deal with on a Saturday. Saw some customer throw her number back at the hostess just because they weren’t sat before us (even though they arrive before us). When you have a big party, expect to wait longer than a small party of two. I apologized to the hostesss for the lady’s rude attitude, so I hope that didn’t ruin her night. Food was super pricey though. $10 for mozzarella sticks, really?! There was only 6 or 7 of them and that is absolutely ridiculous. There was nothing special about them. My burger was alright, although it needed a sauce of some sort because it was SUPER blah. Our waiter was nice, although not very attentive (understandable given how busy it was for the time of day). Burger prices weren’t terrible though. Overall, very forgettable visit and probably won’t be back again. With so many options in Denver, it’s a bummer a mediocre place is right next to the Pepsi Center.
A must go to before any event at Pepsi. It can be crowded and still provide good service. Reasonably priced and the atmosphere is incredible.
Average place. Food was mediocre, service was okay, prices were decent. Stopped in here before an Avalanche game. Was very busy, but service was alright considering how many people were there. Might go back in the future just because of how convenient it is, but will probably find somewhere better.
A couple times I've been here it's been fine, no issues. Went once when it was a full house and the service was awful. Drinks are expensive.
Great atmosphere, clean place, good service. Beer is avg. price. Good place to pregame before Pepsi Center
Stopped by before (and after) a concert at the Pepsi Center. Even though they were extremely busy, we were seated promptly and served our drinks. Our food came out in a timely manner and it was delicious. Not a bad portion size for the price, either. Friendly staff. Bathrooms were a wreck and toilet paperless due to them being so busy.
Wonderful place to go before heading over to the Pepsi Center. One thing I noticed was how great the service was
Go-to place before games. Lots of room. Food is nothing to write home about. Reese took great care of us. I find it a much better deal than the Pepsi Center's Breckenridge Tap.
Excellent place to go to grab a bite before an Avs or Nuggets game since it is right across the street. Make sure you get there early because everyone else seems to have that same idea.
Seriously worst experience eating out ever. My wife and her parents went here for dinner before a concert at the Pepsi Center my treat. Server was very rude. Did not bring out food all together. Had to wait half hour for the rest of my family's food. I addressed it with him and got nothing but attitude. The manager then came over and gave me a bunch of excuses why the food was late and all I asked was to be left alone at that point so my family could try and enjoy the rest of our meal in peace. Tipped the Server a dollar and then he brought the dollar back and slammed it on the table and said this if for you. I don't want it. Got up and asked to speak to the manager again and he walked away from me. I followed continuing to asked to speak to him and never turned around. Another server saw this and went and got the general manager. Very displeased with the service and restaurant. Just shows customer service does not exist anymore.
Convenient before and after event bar and restaurant. A bit pricey and always packed when there is an event at Pepsi Center, but that is why it is there. Staff is great and food is good, too. A good place to make it a whole night out with dinner and a game.
Had a few drinks before going to a concert here a bit back and the staff was friendly and the place was nice and clean. Great feel to it! Will have to be back to eat the food cause it smelt amazing!!!!
I really wanted to eat here. The food smelled and looked great. Unfortunately we were there on a concert night and the wait for a table was 2 hours. This is a huge 2 story restaurant and it was packed. I can't be mad it was literally standing room only in the entire place.
I have never been to Denver. Tonight I stopped brooklyn's for a sandwich and a beer before a nuggets game. I think I'm staying and gonna skip the game. This place is great.
What ever u do, don't order the brisket sandwich. Brisket was chopped into tiny pieces and covered with tons of BBQ sauce. Wouldn't doubt it if they got the Sam's club frozen brisket, warmed it up and served it. I've had brisket sandwiches before and I usually get a slab of meat and u can tell it's been slowcooked and homemade. Never coming back, here. Really a big disappointment, D'oh! Should've just went homega and ordered in like I wanted to do.
Service was slow and drinks are expensive, after being seated waited another 30+ minutes to get it drinks and decided that we didn't have time to order food. After asking for the tab it took an additional 30 to get the tab so paying with a credit card was out of the question.
Food was decent. Service was horrendous. Went to grab a bite to eat after a Nuggets game. Waitress let us know it was her second day. Food was delivered by a food runner. Waitress NEVER checked on us until it was time to pay the bill. She handed the bill to me (the woman). I wrote in the receipt to consider placing the bill in the middle of the table or hand it to the man as this is appropriate and some may consider this to be offensive. She walked up to me, shaking her head and very rudely saying "its 2017." She walked off and proceeded to show a nearby table my comment.
I was a server for 12 years and my husband is a chef. Even though I consider myself a feminist, as a server there are "rules" one should follow.
I spoke with the manager on duty
Below is a link that talks about some general guidelines for servers. I hope Brooklyn's incorporates the suggestions from this article into a staff training.
Great seating capacity for large groups before an event at Pepsi Center. Food was moderately priced and decent in taste. No complaints but I would not come here on food merit alone.
