Wow what a let down !! I think I understand what Proto’s is aiming for BUT they have missed the target completely. Ambiance is average to dull and reminds me of a backstreet Varsity venue where you hang out with your friends after a night of drinking.

To better inform future clients, the word pizza is use of poetic licence, it’s more accurately a focaccia restaurant, making the prices charged astronomical, maybe they try justify the daylight robbery by instead of using herbs they use VERY conservative sprinkling of cheese and chunks of tomato in the middle of the focaccia with the outside 3 inches of the large size just dry crust ! Even plain garlic butter would have at least made it a little more palatable.

The real pity is that Arista could really do with a great pizza restaurant ?? If someone makes a good pizza I’m sure that the take out would surpass its sit-in’s as a matter of fact with every residence in walking distance of the restaurant delivery would hit unprecedented heights but for now, sadly, I’d recommend that you drive the extra mile to iPie where they make great pizza’s whenever You want to avoid big pizza chains.

Hands down the best pizza I've ever had!! It's hard to find a delicious white pizza. Wish they could teach ppl in Tallahassee how to make a pizza.

Best pizza in town, and many other places! Happy to have one so close to Broomfield, boulder, and Denver. A little bit of high prices and it does get crowded but 100% worth the money and the wait! Been my favorite joint for special occasions since I was little(so obviously great for kiddos as well!)

As an absolute lover of the Pie this is the place to go! The quality of the food is great and Kayla always takes great care of us! It is extremely hard to find great food and service these day but this restaurant has both! Thank you for always making a great experience!

Delicious pizza! Came here on a Saturday, service was friendly and vibe was locals. Will be back next time I’m in town.

I went on a quiet night. The service was fine and I enjoyed the ambience (the music might be a bit load for a Tete-a-tete).

Gluten free pizza base option was available which I took. I suspect it want as yummy as their home made base.

    Not that cheap. But tasty.

Proto's is overpriced and over rated. The pizza has a SPARSE amount on toppings on a crust that is overdone on top and underdone on the bottom. The pizza waitress/host had a snooty attitude and was rude. In the future I will be going to MOD PIZZA in Louisville which has over 2X the toppings at less than1/2 the cost of Protos.

It's like eating pizza on a saltine cracker. Very unsatisfying from both a taste and a "fill you up" perspective. Every other pizza I've tried in Denver is better than this restaurant, including the chains

Great people that work here. Very nice and enthusiastic. Too bad the pizza is mediocre and over priced. I ordered an individual thinking it would be a decent size for an adult male. Looked like a kids pizza from a chain restaurant.

Stood at the bar over 20mins waiting for anyone to acknowledge we wanted to order. Wasn't crazy busy, but there was an event nearby. There was a couple seated at the bar prior to our arrival, they never had the opportunity to order either but eventually got seated at a table. Would Avoid if you can during normal dinner "rush" timeframe.

The pizza is amazing and the beer on tap makes for a great combination. The staff are nice and the open atmosphere let's you watch your pizza get made. I'll be bringing friends around next time.

Really good Pizza! The kids loved it and so did the adults. The pizza crust is thin and the ingredients and choose pizzas were all amazing!

The pizza is pretty darn good and this is a great place to kill some time when you're waiting for a bus. It is a bit pricey but the whole neighborhood is pricey (apartments included!).

Fantastic pizzas with fantastic service. We showed up about an hour before a concert at the 1st Bank Centre and the place was packed. We grabbed a seat at the bar and Kayla was immediately attentive and wasted no time serving us drinks and taking our order. The pizza was great and we'd gladly go back again, even if we're not heading to a concert afterwards.

Really good thin crust style pizzas with real ingredients. I would recommend eating in rather than take-out unless you want to reheat when you get home. They are good pizzas either way but freht right out of the oven is the way to go.
