  I just came to get my propane tank refilled. It is pretty convenient because you just pull up by the large propane cylinder and ring a bell. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for someone to come help me but it was worth the wait. The employee who helped me was very nice and my tank was totally full. I only filled one tank because my old one was from 1999 and they won't fill it if the tank is too old. After exchanging the old tank at the gas station, the one I had filled at Uhaul was about 5lbs heavier! It was $17.50 to have my tank filled and about $21 to exchange. They totally rip you off with the exchange!

  Wasted my time. Had an appointment and had to wait inline for 30 minutes before I walked out. There's too many other places in town to waste you time here.

  Pros: Equipment as described. Truck operated to specifications.
  
  Cons: Staff is poorly trained as evidenced by the wait times and lacking communication skills. Google has them rated at 20 minutes of wait time. This is perhaps one of the most important industries in which to strive for minimal wait time. The manager knows the ropes but her subordinates do not and it shows.

  Went to drop off the truck on a holiday and lot of people were working. Finished the drop off process very quickly. They have very less customer parking and it was congested

  There was only 1 person ahead of me but we still had to wait 20 min in line. The cashier (Tammy) was very rude and argued with me about my reservation only to realize I was correct - still didn't even apologize. I will never come here again.

  The location is busy but the staff is nice, doing their best to accommodate customers. I used a 15ft truck a few weeks ago for my move and the truck was clean, ran well, and reliable. I would recommend location to anyone close by but to obviously expect there to be a line, as it is a big location, very high demand, and has lots of customers. Overall, my experience was great with this location.

  Do not let the central uhaul reservation service make you pick up or especially drop off equipment here!
  First I had to wait over thirty minutes in line just to pick up my already reserved truck because they had only 2 cashiers on duty and 2-3 aisles unmanned. This made me late to pick up my stuff. When I turned in the truck at the correct time I asked one of the employees there what I should do and if I needed to come inside. She said to park it in this line of trucks where it was already and leave the keys in the cabin. Imagine my surprise when they leave a message on my phone the next day SAYING THAT I HADN'T TURNED IN THE TRUCK! I called them and apparently they found the truck on their lot yet still didn't realize that it had been turned in on time the night before. I don't know if they just didn't ask any of their coworkers if they had parked that truck or if they're more disorganized than that. They still think I just snuck it on to the lot in the morning. Thankfully they didn't charge me extra because it was within a day, but the ridiculous thing they did charge me for was to top off the gas, which is ridiculous because I had completely filled it at the gas station a block away right before turning it in. I tried calling them about it and they said the manager would call me when he got the chance that day but I haven't gotten a call. Avoid this distributor, there's plenty of other good ones in the area.

  Very slow very unfriendly and very expensive horrible location trying to get in and out of that place is a joke they were not helpful upon checking in and you have to pay extra for 24 hour access to storage and it's already expensive Do not go here

  I have found out where all the dmv workers went. Been here for 45 minutes and still 3 people ahead of me instead of 9. You have 3 people working the counter. The only way you give better than a three star is you work here!!!!!

  Bought butane for the rv here. Employee was very courteous and polite and convenient pay at the pump saved me a walk inside.
