I’ve been treated here three times so far without no results, I’ve been told four different ways from four different nurses/doctors here on How I should take my medication. I’m starting to think they really don’t have a clue on how to treat this infection. Meanwhile the doctor came in and started discussing my personal information with the door wide open , when I walked out the room the whole entire staff at the desk stared at me all the way until I made it to the front door.

I went in with shortness of breath. They put me in a room where I waited an hour. No one even checked on me. I paid 50.00 and walked out. Never again. Go somewhere else!

A while back i was overcharged by the Receptionist and was called by the doctor that was on duty telling me that I was overcharged. I went back to get my money and the Receptionist was upset with me because of what she done.
Today I was extremely upset when accused of walking out without paying. What the current receptionist didn't understand was at that time I was seen previously the system was down and no one could pay. I left because the system was down. You can't pay cash. I called back later that day. The system was still down. I asked them to bill me.
Now when I went back today with chest pains. She said I had to pay up front and it was $329.00 before I could be seen. I was feeling to bad to go anywhere else. She was very rude. Now mind you she was the same lady that overcharged me before.
The only reason why I gave them a 3 is because the doctor was good same doctor who called me when overcharged.
I also noticed that they overcharge for services when you have insurance.response / report this review -

I have to say the customer service here is AMAZING!!! Not once have a i seen someone frown. I came in 30 min before close on a Saturday and they are still taking the time with me and treating me so well. Got me in and out fast and with amazing service.

Went here for a swollen Jaw. Even though I was the only person there I sat there 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Secondly after getting back in the room took 30 minutes to be seen by Dr. Valentine (again I was the only person there!). The doctor looked at me felt around my jaw(saw me wince in pain when he poked my jaw) and basically told me that it was nothing to worry about and it should go away on its own, Side note I told him the swelling has spread since it started and the pain is getting worse. Still he was convinced nothing was wrong and sent me on my way, but only after waiting another 30 minutes for discharge papers. I knew something was wrong so I went to see another doctor right after and was prescribed antibiotics for Cellulitis. Please dont waste your time or Money going to this place. Your better off going literally anywhere else!

Dr. Fryman has been treating me for kidney stones for the last 2 weeks because I don't have a primary care doc. Today I saw dr. Valentine and he was wonderful as well. My issue today was the staff 1 woman embarrassed me so bad by discussing my reason for being there with other employees so loudly that everyone in the waiting room could hear her I'm sure of it. That's a totally violation. I explained that I keep coming back due to the fact that I can't find a urologist and she had quite the attitude. Dr. Fryman and valentine are wonderful but due to how badly this woman embarrassed me and made me feel like a piece of crap I will never return

Always a in and out within a reasonable time and i usually have my toddler in tow and they go OUT of their way to be so nice to him. My go to place when i need Care.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care facility. I went in with an infected cat bite and received prompt, exceptional care. The duty nurse gave me the most painless injection I've ever received and Dr. Schwartz was both engaged and engaging -- a very enjoyable man. I wish all docs were like him. I'll gladly recommend Access of Pickerington to others.
