Nice store and staff but BEWARE of the 30 ray return policy. For a larger project it is doubtful that anyone can be ahead of the contractors with selections and still be within that time period for return of excess unopened full boxes. For stock tiles we found the "big box" stores have much of the same product and more liberal return opportunities.

Their showroom is beautiful and comfortable. All the employees are very friendly and are more than happy to help with whatever needs. They also make tile donations to an art studio that I volunteer at. Tile workshop in the back looks state of the art and they have a very large selection.
