Went here to get my dogs shots done and I'll never, ever, ever EVER COME BACK HERE. The red head Tiffany F was THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE. WHY DO YOU HAVE SOMEONE LIKE THIS WORKING IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT?! What a horrible person you have working for you. Wish I could give -2 stars.

I have had many furry friends come through here. Dr. Reibel is second to none. The only reason this gets 4 stars is because the prices really are high. After multiple pets you would think they may have some sort of discount for loyal customers not sure. Will continue to use them for serious pet issue however will be looking for a new vet for the everyday. If you have the money though your pets will get the premium care.

Great staff! We are frequent visitors for boarding and they always do an excellent job. Not to mention they have a quick response for emergency visits. I'm glad we live so close.

Vets are always nice and so accommodating to my special needs dog, front desk staff is sometimes friendly. Literally never been seen on time. I'm currently sitting in the waiting room 45 minutes after my scheduled time. Last week it took 75 minutes. Not sure why I still come here

Our beloved lab had reached her time and became very ill towards the end. The Gahanna Animal Hospital left us bring her in right at closing time which was 8pm that day. They had a very comfortable room setup with a couch and animal bed. It felt more like a tiny living room than a vets office. It was a peaceful end to a very long life. That had been my only experience with them, but it was exceptional considering what was helping.

The staff there are more than willing to explain to clients in ways that the client can understand. They make sure to treat the clients just as well as the patients. They truly care about all the animals. And as a vet tech, I've see both sides of that clinics operation and they are the #1 clinic I recommend and trust. 5/5

My dog was on new medication and was having a bad reaction. Our normal vet was closed for the long weekend, but they were able to get us in within a few hours and get our dog feeling better. I was impressed with the service and the care they showed our dog. We will definitely return in the future.

Gahanna Animal Hospital is HIGHLY recommended in my book! The staff is friendly, the vet doctors are amazing, the only reason I would give it a 4 vs 5-star rating is that it is a bit more pricey but is definitely worth it.

This review is for the actual veteranary care, which in my opinion is outstanding. At the last place I went before, which was for years, they would use gloves on my cat and muzzle my dog, but here they take a bit of time to love on the pets and get them comfortable. My dog was examined and given shots with no fight what-so-ever. Whenever I call, the staff is very knowledgeable, caring and nice. I've only had one encounter where I felt a front desk worker was a little too abrasive, but I chalk it up to a bad day. I could not be happier that we found this place!!!

I've taken all of my animals here throughout my life and they are fantastic in every respect. I recently called GAH frantic about my cat and they had him in emergency surgery within 30 minutes. They took excellent care of him the following 4 days he was hospitalized, making sure he had clean bedding and lots of attention. I had to put my 15 year old dog down last year and they made the experience as painless as possible. The room was comfortable with bedding and soft light, not a stale exam room. They even took a stamp of my dog's paw print for me to remember her by. Great staff, great facility. Recommend 100%!
