Seems like half the place is empty a lot of the time but its probably because of holiday stock turnover. I really like this place despite that and have been back many times for craft supplies, cleaning gear, kitchen stuff.. It does seem to be a tad understaffed, but for someone like me that just likes to browse for a while, its not a problem

Horrible Ghetto Store. I am still.owed 32.00 from them for some defective plates and silverware they sold me in March of 2010. They kept the items (by lying to us to make us believe they would process the return) after we (my loved one and myself) returned the items but refused to give me the money I paid for them.

Poor customer service. Sign says 20% off ceramic pots, then at checkout they state 'only the shiny ones'. What??? That is glazing on a ceramic pot, not the definition of a ceramic pot. Management refused to even acknowledge the error, nor would he remove the signs put there to dupe people into thinking the non-glazed ceramic pots were on sale. How can a manager at a pottery establishment be so ignorant of the main merchandise. Wonder how many other people got fooled by the bait and switch and just thought their bill was a little high? Even with discount we had well over $300 worth of stuff, but we had the whole sale voided and will never shop there again.
