Called twice before making a trip from Sun City Center to make sure they had the advertised vehicle we were going to purchase. Both times we were told that the vehicle was there on the lot. Guess what happened? We made the trip through traffic jams and when we arrived, we sat down in a room while the car was brought up for us. After a while, the manager came in and told us the car had been sold the day before. He was very sorry and would send a gift card to offset the cost of has. Again, Guess what. No card no call. Don't expect anything from this dealership. You'll surely be disappointed

Be very leery of this dealership. Had approval for a specific truck. Even asked them to hold it and I'd put down a deposit. Drove an hour and a half away from my home when they were closed just to look and verify it was what I wanted. Sent email from their parking lot asking them to hold and I'd give a deposit, credit card, whatever to hold. Sold out from under me after they had already run my credit and taken all my docs. Sales guy could have cared less. Very disappointed. Very angry. There are so many other Ford dealerships to choose from - why risk going through something like this?

If I could give the service department zero stars I would. This is the most unprofessional and rude service techs Ive ever dealt with. A friend of mine called to schedule an appointment and was told to bring my tuck up there now and it would be about 30 minutes. When we got there we were told an hour and half. Then the price changed from $25 for oil change and tire rotation (which is what my friend just paid a week ago) to $40. They tried to say that my friend only got an oil change. After calling my friend in front of them he said that he did get a tire rotation and that he watched them rotate the tires. While speaking with Mark a supervisor and explaining the situation he responded I have a bay open do you want your oil changed or not. This isnt the first time Ive had issues with the service department. Of course the sales department is going to go out of their way to be accommodating and nice until you buy the vehicle. Just take your vehicle to a different dealership for service. From now on I will only take my vehicles to Brandon Ford. Ive never had a problem with Brandon Ford and they treat their customers with respect.

Brian Grafton was the salesperson we had dealings with. He took the time, over 2 days to go over the F-150 King Ranch we were looking to purchase. The whole sales force was very helpful. The finance guy took the time to explain different extended warrantees and the financing available. The whole process was made easy, except for me trying to actually make up my mind. Even the detailing guy did a wonderful job. We actually left 4 days later for a drive trip and put 7400 mile on the truck. Outstanding vehicle and very comfortable.

Brian Grafton was my sale representative and was excellent throughout the whole process. He showed me what cars I could afford as I was looking for a used car. But he found me a brand new car that would be less expensive and I was thrilled. I could not be more happy with Jarrett Ford and Brian my Salesperson.

I bought a new vehicle in February and couldn't be happier. I received great service from start to finish from everyone that I came into contact with. Brian Grafton was an extremely knowledgeable salesman who walked me through the whole process. Fair price, honest people, and a great service department that even gives you the first oil change for free. Thanks for a great experience!

This review should have been written 7 years ago but I negotiated a deal over the phone for a Honda CRV that was still under warranty with less than 36k miles. I drove 5 hours to get there and they start immediately wanting to give me less for my trade. I walked out and was 2 hours away on my way to a dealer in Orlando who was very anxious to make the same deal on an 11 Mustang when they called me back pleading to come back.
I turned around and drove another2 hours back to this dealer to buy the Mustang ONLY because it had the color interior I wanted!
I didn't leave this crappy dealer until 11pm at night and didn't get home until after 3am. This dealership can burn to the ground for all I care!response / report this review -
