This hotel was awesome. The rooms were clean and modern and the beds were comfy. There was an excellent piece of furniture that encompassed a dresser/tv unit, sort of a closet, and a bench-like place to fit your luggage so it wasn't on the floor (2 suitcases and room to spare!) and all in this really cool built in unit. The lighting in the bathroom was excellent. I literally compare every hotel I stay in to this one now and none have come close, not even "fancy ones like the Hilton Downtown Tampa (which sucked, by the way). If you are in Bartow, stay here.

Ducked in for a night as I had a sales call in Lakeland early the next AM.
I didn't have a reservation. They were able to accomodate me.
The place is brand new. The A/C worked like a gem. I love the "Fan Always On" setting so I can have some sleep-noise.
Awesome, huge bed, very comfy. Firm and soft pillows, and marked as such. Super modern decor.
Good stuff all around and highly recommended. A tad overpriced for the market.

Very nice place. Staff always greats you as you enter the doors 24/7 (10/28 @ 2am I came in and was surprised that the there was a team member available and present to welcome me back.) Breakfast bar includes egg, sausage patties and bisckets that day. There's pancake making machine!, fresh fruits and granola chewies of that sort flavored health water. Small snack pantry to the right of check-in/check-out. Gym to the right before elevator. Two computer to print out bording passes or what have you. Room was very nice, clean and spacious.AC was ice cold! Overall excellent stay.

Stayed here while traveling for work. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty typical for a contenental breakfast but was good.

Stayed overnight and found the staff and service to be great. The room was nice and clean with no complaints from my end. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was served hot and had a nice range of options to choose from. I highly recommend that if you are planning to spend the night in Bartow, FL then to consider this hotel.

Called ahead to ask if we could check in at 7 and still use the pool. We were told no problem , as long as we didn't mind the construction. Drove 2 and a half hours past other cheaper hotels and they tell us the pool is closed! Also stood at the front desk for 20 minutes waiting to check in. When I googled the number and called the front desk the guy finally comes out of his little closet. BAD service ! Don't stay here!

I stopped in for a meeting and had the opportunity to meet the owner, the operations manager and the front desk supervisor. They were all very nice, accommodating, and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
