While this location has fewer good finds and is sometimes disorganized than others, , it's in a great shopping plaza. Plus, they had snacks after hurricane Irma.

I found a pair of shoes that looked a little rough so I asked if anything could be done and they look them to the back and cleaned them and then put them in a nice bag for me and they look fantastic afterwards. Great customer service.

The lack of customer service here is disgusting. I came to exchange an item I purchased from the Brandom rack that was out of stock in the size I needed. The first cashier tells me to "go get it" (the top) in a different size as if I knew where it would be, didn't offer to help me find it, just pointed to one part of the store. It was on the other side of where she pointed me to, by the way. Went back with the top and this time it was a different cashier who didn't know how to return the item, got frustrated and said she couldn't do it. Took all her frustration out on me. This store has a greater selection but I was totally made uncomfortable by the employees. I'm used to being treated as a priority in the Brandon store. They are so much more attentive and helpful. Tampa rack could learn a few things from them. According to previous reviews there are other customers that can also vouch for the behavior of these employees.
