Love this dealership. Although there are closer ones, the service is impeccable, waiting room amenities are excellent, and the seats are comfortable. Car ready when promised and nice and clean

Our service representative Mike Adkins as usual was very helpful and knowledgeable in everything that he did. Another representative whose first name is Albert also was very helpful and very prompt in helping us out the day that we had to return for the emergency repair.

My car needed extensive repairs and was there for some time due to delays caused by my warranty company. Selena Castal in service was wonderful to work with, as well as Gary Gordon in sales. The staff did a great job and I'm very pleased with the results! Selena had to make numerous phone calls on my behalf and I appreciate her patience.

Best experience purchasing a vehicle EVER! Highly recommend Fields to anyone looking for a new or previously owned. Rick was absolutely wonderful. We were not pressured at all and he really went the extra mile to accommodate us working with our budget, desires and needs. Melissa was pretty cool also. We will never go to any other dealership as long as we are in Florida. Thank you EVERYONE at Fields.

I had the greatest experience buying a car here compared to other dealers! They didn't even force me to do a review like purr dealerships. Melissa was absolutely wonderful, she's very understanding and gives you so many options to choose from and has a very caring heart absolutely love her for that! Rick is the man! He's the best sales man out here and the best I've ever seen. Will put you in your dream car and having you leave like you made the best decision. He knows how to explain everything from point A to Z and I must say you won't regret having him as your sales man! And the car guru Nate was awesome explained to me how to use my car very well I thank him so much for that! When you enter Fields BMW you'll immediately feel like your part of a family and will be pleased with the car of your dreams here, I thank the whole family so much for their help and support!

Just want you to know how pleased I was with Albert's attention and service. The part ordered came in and Albert set up an appointment for me. I dropped off my car and he had a loaner car waiting for me. The installation of the part was so quick that my car was ready within a hour after it was dropped off so Albert arranged to have someone bring my car to me and take the loaner back to the dealership. Noting could have worked our better. Thank you to the Field's team for their professional service and customer attention. Always a great experience to bring my car in for service.

Took my new to the family 335d in for alignment on very short notice. I was a VIP from the moment I pulled up to the dealer. My service advisor was a consummate professional , very proficient and expedient which is what I needed since I was planning a long trip in the car that day. I had a chance to peruse the showroom floor which had a nice variation of BMW vehicles from SUV to a rare 2 series M. While there I had the pleasure of meeting a true BMW enthusiast who also sells cars for Fields. We chatted while it poured rain outside and he further strengthened my fervor for the brand with deep knowledge of the marques sportier incarnations. I had a great time waiting for my car which felt like no time at all. The techs in the bay did a fantastic job as they not only aligned the car perfectly, but cleared up some lights on the dash as well, alleviating any worries about my long distance trip starting that afternoon. Kudos to the Fields team for being a fabulous extension of a fabulous marque!

I cannot express sufficiently just how impressed I have been with Fields BMW of Lakeland service and support over the last 10 plus years. Michael has been our go-to representative, but all service representatives and staff always go above and beyond and make me feel important and appreciated. The service, and occasional repairs, are always performed with thoroughness and great explanation and with surprising value I might add. They always try to accommodate my schedule and have offered assistance in a number of creative and thoughtful ways that I have sincerely appreciated.

I am not from Lakeland, I was driving to Orlando when my tire lost all it's air with someone else's tire weight. I drove to Fields being the nearest BMW dealership and Mike Adkins promptly greeted me, kept me apprised of the status and got me back on the road as quickly as possible. He made my experience with Fields a really pleasant one.

I love BMW's. My husband and I have been through many. On a road trip up from Sarasota, I stopped by this dealership to take a look at what they had in stock. They did not have the vehicle I was after, but assured me that the one I was looking for was at their Orlando location. Although odd, I trusted them when they said there weren't any photos of the car I was actually buying. Long story short and 2 hours of my life wasted, the car pulls up. not as described. I had family waiting on me and did not have time to undo the deal and switch the plates and insurance back to my other BMW trade in. After phone calls and emails, the dealership kindly offered me my old car back but all one would expect is an "I'm sorry" and maybe the solid courtesy of waiving their dealership fee or ANYTHING at all other than what the GM gave me -"you got a really good deal." Gee thanks for telling me I got a great deal on something that wasn't exactly what I wanted. They made what should be a fun experience, a pretty bad one and I will never go back for any of our future purchases.

I am on my sixth BMW, all purchased through Fields BMW Lakeland. I trade my cars every few years. I love having the convenience of the warranties and service plans included. I can not say enough about my wonderful experiences with Fields. From the sales to service departments, I have had very positive experiences. They are helpful, friendly, and consistent. I am in the service industry in my own business and expect good customer service. It is not that hard to be nice to someone and simply do your job. Fields does this well and I highly suggest this dealership and their products.
