My wife enjoyed our stay the breakfast was good and owners are friendly. My one big complaint is the bed was super hard. If they replace the mattress with something more comfortable it would have been perfect.

We went for our Anniversay stay this past week. This was our 3rd time staying at this Bed and Breakfast. Each time we find the rooms to be clean and cozy with a nice theme and name for each room. The owner Roland is a kind gentleman and has kept the property looking nice over the years. It is close and convenient to nice shops, museums and restaurants in downtown St Petersburg. My recommendations are that the owner should probably upscale the breakfast menu items and replace the lumpy bed in the Vinoy House Room. Since that is why most people enjoy staying at B&Bs over the chain hotels. Overall a nice experience and we we will plan to return again.

Fantastic staff and great lodging. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and the owner was fantastic. Very centralized to all the shops and restaurants. We had a blast. We will be back!

Perfect in every way! The pictures don't do it justice. We loved our 3 day stay and highly recommend it for those who prefer the personal touch of a B&B.

We needed a place to crash for a few days with our dogs This place was perfect! If you want a brand new hotel, don't go here; but, if you want character and a great location - this is your vacation spot. Incredible breakfast made-to-order; wine and sweets in the evenings; and a place to stay that felt like home.

Wonderful location. Big comfortable bed and bedding. Rooms very comfortable, roomy and quiet. Inn keeper and owner could not have been more helpful or hospitable. Central to town and historic area. This property is historic so expect amenities to be a bit worn. Would recommend to all Thank you. Trish

My fiancee and I went to St Petersburg to go to a hollween party and when we were looking for a place to stay this place caught my eye. Boy am I glad that I decided to book here. The staff and owner were very nice, treated us like a person not just another customer or number that they could add to there list. After arriving there I went looking through my things and noticed I forgot something and Ronald was still downstairs in the lobby area and I asked him you wouldn't happen to have a tie I could borrow I forgot mine. Without misreading a beat he said I'm not sure if I have one that works match your outfit but let me go look. I find that great customer service and someone who honestly love what he does. Another good thing about the bed and breakfast was the morning breakfast was amazing I even tried something new and loved every min of it. In the evening they have wine or for the guests, little snacks throughout the day and into the evenings. I should definitely recommend this place to all travelers it is well worth the price and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Ronald and Jenna (think that was your name) for the great time we both had.
