Seriously solid place for food and drinks. It is a bit small but that’s something that can easily be overlooked. The staff is attentive but not annoying. I appreciate being able to bring my celiac wife somewhere that’s understanding of the diet restrictions and makes it a great dining experience.

Wow. Excellent food and excellent service. Loved that the menu wasn't the same old food that I has expected. The beer and wine were amazing. Not a lot of seating so make a reservation just in case. We will be back.

I love Jacs. The food is delicious, and the staff are both friendly and helpful. Case in point: my first time there, I accidentally ordered a sandwich with pork in it for a Muslim friend. It was my error; the ingredients had been clearly written in the menu. When I asked to order another sandwich, they made him a new one without pork, and didn't charge me for his sandwich (I tried to make up for it with the tip :-). I heartily recommend Jacs to anyone visiting Madison. It's a top-notch dining experience.

Great place for a nice meal and good drinks. Happy hour is great! Small so get there early or expect to wait during peak times.

Food is fantastic. The option for gluten free is excellent and allows my wife to eat here too. The drink prices are a little high, but reasonable for a night out.

Awesome. The cuban sandwich on the lunch menu will keep me coming back. Decent selection of local beers as well. Since I'm so close it's a go to spot for people visiting during the week for lunch. Did I mention the Cuban sandwich?

Great food. However, service was very slow. Took over 40 minutes for a lunch order. Was told it was because another large group ordered ahead. They could have told us they were slow or behind, but we had to inquire twice about the status of our food. We had our to go boxes and check before the food came out since we were in a hurry by this point.
