This place has a really cool, rustic atmosphere. It feels like you traveled back to the 1800s. I had a portable sandwich that was delicious.

My boyfriend and I went tonight and showed up an hour before close to the stable room. Our table was ready before our drinks at the bar were even served. The fish and parm potato were hot and delicious, and our server was SO NICE! It was, as it always is, a great experience. Oh, and the old fashioneds are spot on!

Best brandy old fashion in Madison. The food is good too, and the atmosphere can't be beat. It's an old farm house and barn with a great some tunnel connecting them. If you get reservations at the house, show up early and grab a drink at the barn first. Then head on over through the stone tunnel to the house. The blue berry muffins they bring out are fantastic.

First experience here was Thanksgiving Day. Absolutely delicious food, seated immediately at our reservation time, great ambiance and the bartender and server were both extremely sweet and didn't seem overwhelmed despite having to work on the holiday. It's a convenient spot for my family members from throughout Wisconsin to meet and I wouldn't hesitate to spend another holiday (or everyday) meal here.

Very much a local favorite and for good reason. Staff is always nice and helpful, good service. The food is good, nothing to rave over, but it always hits the spot. Overall it's the environment that shines here, definitely one of a kind. It can get busy in a hurry, but they have a lovely bar to belly up at.

They have amazing food and mixed drinks. I bring all my relatives there for dinner when they visit. It's really cool that it used to be a stable. The wine cellar is also pretty neat

We ate in the historic barn. I ordered the fish dinner and the fish was very good. The fries were OK. The bread in the bread basket was soft and delicious.

Stumbled upon this hidden gem going on a road cruise with no destination with the Hubby. Limited menu, but wonderful food. We both ate everything on our plates!

Great family experience. We are visiting from out of town and my brother's family loves not far. We scored a table outside and watched our younger kids play while enjoying drinks at the tables. The atmosphere is great indoors and outdoors. I grew up in Wisconsin and hadn't had a peri fish fry in decades. It was great to enjoy perch again in such a Wisconsin setting.

Quivey's Grove is a fantastic place to eat anytime day or night. Whether it's a rustic evening in the barn or finer dining in the farm house, you're always guaranteed a delicious meal. While you're there, don't forget to get the deep fried mushrooms, which are always outstanding! Fresh mushrooms that are hand battered and deep-fried cannot be beat! Do yourself a favor and stop by Quivey's Grove for a great meal. The staff is always happy to see you and the food is always incredible!

    Decent food, fun venue.

The food is good, but a little highly priced for my pocket book.
The venue itself is wonderful. A fun, old barn and a stable house.
