Very friendly staff, beautiful building. Rooms were very clean and had a great view of White River Park. Bathroom was clean. Only downside was the beds. The bed was beautiful and clean, but I had issues with mattress springs jabbing me and I personally found the pillows uncomfortable. It should be noted that my fiance liked the pillows, so it might have just been a preference thing. For pricing, they give a great government employee discount that made the room very reasonable. If I ever have a conference downtown, I'm definitely going to look into the JW again.

I just got home a few hours ago and it Was a very nice short stay! Very very friendly staff!! Room was nice and clean nice view comfortable beds and bedding. Couldn’t hear any neighboring rooms.I though the elevators were extremely fast! I left my laptop while checking in at the desk was immediately notified by phone and it was brought to my room. I ordered room service it was very fast and delicious. Little pricey. Also it’s very easy to get to off of I65. The only issues I had was the very expensive parking at the hotel $43 a day and the pool is very small. But if you don’t have any kids that want to go in the pool and have plenty of money to throw away on parking at the hotel. I would highly recommend.

This hotel was amazing. Beautiful interior, and clean. The service was also kind, and as I was there for a conference I was consistently pleased with the surroundings and accommodations made. The view is also gorgeous (at least from my room on the 21st floor). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

For being supposedly one if the top hotels in the country, I didn't think this hotel was anything special. The rooms were clean but as to be expected from any newly remodeled hotel. Restaurant food was okay, but conference food was terrible. Hotel staff was exceptional. Conveniences were nowhere to be seen, no complimentary coffee, no ice machines or vending. Most importantly I expected some higher quality toilet paper in rooms for this level of hotel, not the tissue paper thin sand paper that was present.

Great location close to Lucas Oil and convention center. Very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The High Velocity restaurant is good food and good service. This was our second stay and we will be back. 4/5 for this stay because we chose Executive Lounge access, but weren't notified prior that we wouldn't have access on Thanksgiving Day. Prior notice would've been nice, but we were provided breakfast and beverage vouchers.

This is by and far the best hotel in Indianapolis! We chose the JW Marriott as the hotel for our wedding guests and wedding night, and it proved to be the right decision.
From best in class customer service and beautiful rooms with incredible views of Indy, to delicious dining options and a convenient Starbucks on-site, the JW was the perfect hotel for our stay.

I had the best experience here from the ease to check in to receiving room service, and the service at the bar. Nice location and walking distance to a lot of dining options and there is of course dining at the hotel ( I had the margherita pizza and highly recommend it). Even days after my check out I needed to get some information and Jenna went above and beyond to help me out. This will be the hotel I stay at when I return to Indianapolis. Phenomenal Service

Attended a luncheon here with my professional organization prior to a football game. Food was good. Everyone that attended was dismissed one table at a time during a presentation to get food, yet by the time my table was called, they ran out of the chicken. I was able to get more later but was surprised that I had to wait. Waitstaff was nice, building clean. Great location, convenient ability to remain inside the buildings and use skywalks to the convention center and then right into Lucas Oil.

This establishment is wonderful. My room is clean my view was beautiful my check-in process was easy and all staff that I worked with were a breath of fresh air. Additionally I spoke with the front desk to have an extended checkout and the young woman I spoke to was interested in chatting with me and complimented me on my wedding ring. It is the Personal Touch that this hotel provides nut makes the stay worthwhile.

We stayed at this hotel recently for an event in town, and had a wonderful, clean experience. The hotel itself and the rooms smelled and looked very clean and well taken care of. Our stay at night was very comfortable, and the views of the city were gorgeous. The hotel staff was very pleasant during our visit. No continental breakfast, but we were very pleased with the Starbucks they had inside. Overall, a very positive experience.

Great location around downtown Indianapolis within walking distance to museums, zoo, minor league stadium.. and lots of restaurants. Hotel room very nice bed one of the most comfortable. Staff extremely polite and helpful.

Great place to stay. We have a view of the state park and the river. There are museums, restaurants, and the Capitol building all in walking distance. The king size bed was comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious. No vending machines, but the restaurant choices have delicious food (and there is a Starbucks). There is a nice fitness center, pool, and hot tub. There is plenty of room for the conference I'm attending. The conference rooms were comfortable. The staff is friendly and eager to help.

Great stay. Employees were always very cordial and helpful. Hotel was well taken care of and always clean. Walking distance to lots of sightseeing and activities. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful hotel. I attended a seminar for 8 hours here. It was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. They catered our breakfast and lunch, both of which we're delicious. They discounted our parking but it was still crazy expensive. And the temperature in our room was either too warm or freezing. But overall a pleasant experience.

Loved this Marriott property. Perfect location with a ton of choices for great dining experience in downtown, all at a walking distance from the hotel. Amazing hotel staff and facilities. Rooms were very modern and had beautiful views with floor-to-ceiling glass windows to enjoy them. In each room. The gym was very well equipped too. I would love to stay again if I'm in town.
