We were treated with respect and courtesy. The staff were glad to see us made sure everything was in order. The room was impeccable, clean and comfortable. We will stay at Staybridge Suites whenever possible.

Great place. Large rooms with double beds. Felt like an apartment. Tuesdays,Thursday's and sat, comp beer and pizza so I was amazed, local as well. Great beds and ample parking,(not hard to find or figure out. Am a real person!)

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. I stayed here because of a stay at this same hotel at McLean VA this was not up to the same caliber but was still nice. Some negatives are charging for parking at an extended stay?? You Know your guests plan to be here for awhile I feel this is a rip off and not all Staybridge Suites charge this fee (the one right outside Washington DC doesn't!), 2nd requiring a 24 hour cancellation policy, most are 6pm the day of check inI think there should be consistency amongst the chain. I am a Gold member and get used to certain things and change throws me off--what if there is an emergency. Other than that everything has been great.

First time visiting here. Was like pulling teeth from the desk staff for directions to the parking garage.
Eventually found it after driving around the block.
Pull out sofa couch and chair are for short people, and worn out.
Beds seem comfy, plenty of pillows. Good quality.
Wouldn't hurt to have a few bottle comp waters in a full size empty refrigerator.
TV in couch area is not responding to the remote. We prefer the bedroom TV anyway.
Overall not impressed with this facility, will try another place next time.

My friends and I stayed here during gen con. The hotel is nice for the most part. It was nice that they had close parking for 18 a night. Our last hotel was around 30. The breakfast buffet was good but didn't have too many healthy options. The room was spacious with a half kitchen and even had plates, silverware, and storage containers. The big disappointment was that their pull out sofa was uncomfortable. Many of the springs were broken so we had to put it on the floor. We told management but they smiled and didn't do anything about it.

Love this hotel, and everyone in it! Exceptional rooms, and such a good view of Lucas Oil! The entire staff, from desk, to housekeeping, to kitchen staff, is always friendly and smiling. Parking is amazing considering it's a downtown hotel! The "pantry" is great for those midnight snack cravings. The renovations in the lobby area still look amazing well over a year and a half later!

I was just here to hang out and grab some drinks with a friend but the hotel was lovely, the rooms spacious, and having a full kitchen is awesome. Also enjoyed the hot tub while visiting. It was really nice. I can't speak for the beds or anything else as I wasn't there long so not a 5 star review but I'm sure that stuff is great as everything else is.

Location and parking was easy to get to. Staybridge has their own parking lot in the back of the hotel, which made things convenient. It was about a 1 mile walk to the canal, which was great, then another 10-15 min walk to monument circle. Breakfast area was clean, though options seemed a little limited. Employees seemed more than willing to help and provide suggestions. Bathroom was a little small and just a standard plastic tub/shower.

The staff was amazing as a mother of 3. We were in town for a wedding and my littles were very tired and cranky. The staff went above and beyond to especially help settle my youngest. It was so nice of the staff to be caring and not look down on a child for being a child!

We were switched from the IHG to Staybridge because IHG didn't have room. We were attending the Indiana Comic Con the weekend of April 14-16. Both hotels are in walking distance from the convention area.

The refrigerator, microwave, laundry and stove were very nice. The couch bed made the weekend easier. It is not as comfortable as the queen beds but to me that is almost expected. The TVs were typical and they offered a DVD player. The parking garage is a block roughly from the hotel. The buffet is good but the cups for drinks are the size of Dixie cups.

We spoke to hotel staff and asked them not to come clean our room since we had our things everywhere and there wasn't any reason for them to straighten the bed. The hotel staff came up and cleaned up anyway and replaced towels but took the bedding that was used for the couch. The problem isn't that the hotel staff cleaned the room. It is that they don't have cards to mark the door "do not disturb". So, the only option was to tell the front desk but they ignored our request.

The pool is smaller than the photos used in advertising. The pool and hot tub were also very dirty. Dirt and hair were collecting enough in the pool that it was visible on the hot tubs foam. The water of the pool was salty and my skin reacted from it. They had me email the photo so it was addressed. They also said that they had the pool guy in the next day but we skipped the entire pool experience because we didn't want to take a chance. They also ran out of towels. Maybe this was a rare event but I have never seen physical hair and grime build up in a hot tub at a hotel.

Love Staybridge Suites! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms plus a great indoor pool with a hot tub that I just say works extremely well. Definitely will go back.

I would definitely come back to this hotel. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. There was a small kitchen, two full size beds, a sitting area, desk, and decently sized bathroom. They have a nice spread for continental breakfast. The bacon was a little sketchy but the rest made up for it. I would definitely recommend staying here.
