My family went for their Thanksgiving brunch. My server whose name started with a "T" and normally works as the housekeeping Manager was excellent. Had a wonderful personality and was excellent for attention to detail. The food was excellent. It was well worth the set price that includes the 20% tip. We left an additional tip as "T" was what made our brunch so wonderful. We will be back for another Holiday brunch. It was well worth our trip from Evansville, IN.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely rooms and well appointed. Food at the hotel is very good. Pretty quite rooms, I heard a few footsteps but not too bad. Unfortunately there isn't a lot within walking distance but plenty close by if you have a vehicle. Really nice place, would stay here again.

I was there for a conference. The ball rooms were pretty standard for a hotel. The lunch was great where they gave us tacos. The place was very clean and easy to get to. I can't say the same for the rooms as I didn't stay there.

The restaurant within the hotel is fantastic - try the crab cake!! The staff that checked me in were friendly and helpful. The room was average and the water pressure was good. I was a little annoyed however that I had to call the front desk twice at 2 AM to make a noise complaint as nothing was done the first time around. Other than the noise complaint I would stay here again.

Very nice lobby, beautiful fountain. Very classy looking place. I was greeted when I arrived and directed exactly where I needed to go. Temperature was slightly cold, but other than that my short stay was pleasant.

I was there for a business event all day. The staff was friendly, the venue is well kept and modern. The food was good for breakfast lunch and dinner with ample drinks available all day. Overall it was a nice event. I don't have anything bad to say about it. I do however wish they had more accessible wifi for guests.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was very helpful and the room was great. Beware of prices in the restaurant though. When ordering breakfast I was offered a side of bacon. Sounded good so I accepted. The side was $7 which seems pretty outrageous they also charged the table $9 for a pot of coffee. Two people were drinking coffee, so that cup of coffee was 4.50 each. I paid 33 for French toast, bacon and two cups of coffee. There are plenty of places nearby to eat at. Save some money and look around.

We held a meeting here and it was nice! They provided drinks and ice. They kept it well stocked the entire multi day meeting. The projector was easy to use. The snacks provided were high quality and filling. The restaurant in the hotel was wonderful for lunch. Great meeting place and we will use it again!

I am in this city on business every other week for the past two years, and have overnighted at all sorts of properties, but this was my first time here. The staff are unfailingly gracious, and the lobby is large and quite a happening place in the evening.

Overall, though, the property is showing some age through wear on the common areas. It appears the carpet is recently replaced, and the hallways are bright and cheerful. The rooms are standard-issue from quite a few years back -- 'popcorn' ceilings and painted walls, standard issue wall hangings, and so forth. Door hardware and doors are upgraded, but the property still uses a swipe card instead of proximity sensors for room entry. The bed slept great, linens are nice, there's hot water and plenty of towels.

The club lounge was nice, again showing some wear, but there are tables as well as upholstered furnishings. The big padlock on the beer cooler doesn't add ambience, and the food is about average. Be advised they start to clean up before the 10:00PM posted close.

Bearing in mind the tariff for this property, there are other hotels in the general vicinity that have been more recently refreshed, and in my view are a better value.

Excellent location for large parties. We booked the entire hotel. The staff was very appreciative, accommodating and helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone needing to place a very large group.

The location was beautiful and the setup was great. However about 30 minutes into the seminar the room became absolutely freezing! We had a catered Buffet outside the meeting room afterwards period again, setup was great and everything was beautiful. The food was really good. However myself and a few of our table mates noticed that our dishes were pretty dirty. That was a turn-off for the entire event :-(

Overall decor was lovely: there is a fountain in the lobby so it has a nice peaceful sound. Conference rooms are beautiful and some have a bathroom attached. Overall the breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant was delicious, although the eggs are cooked a bit runny. All staff is super helpful and polite. I attended a conference so we had a buffet for lunch and dinner which was also delicious. Rooms are great and the beds super comfortable.
