Room is good. Unfortunately the kitchen is under construction. Cant fault them though. Really close to where im working and easy to get too.

Booked for a three night stay online back in March. While making reservation, no mention that there was a 3 night minimum for the reservation. Cancellation/change policy that was sent with reservation confirmation stated that reservation could be CHANGED or cancelled prior to 24 hours before check in. Called to adjust reservation to just 2 nights and was informed that I could not, that there was a 3 night minimum. Offered to let me cancel the third night, but still pay full price for it. Asked for general manager, who was the absolute rudest person I have met in my entire life. She informed me that having to pay for a third night that I wouldn't be staying for, "really wasn't that big of deal." In the course of the conversation she stated they were a franchise. Asked for the franchise owners contact information. Went back and forth with him through email several times for a week. Resulted in him saying the same thing - cancel the third night but still pay for it. When I asked where/when I was told upon making the reservation that it was a 3 night minimum, I was told that I wasn't, but had I tried to make a 2 night reservation the system wouldn't let me. Have stayed in 100s of hotels for both business and pleasure and have NEVER experienced such rudeness and dishonesty. Honestly, after reading the reviews, am thinking that booking somewhere else out of town and having to pay cab fair to the stadium will be far better than staying in this hotel.

Room was great, staff was friendly, bar was convenient too. Breakfast had BACON! Good coffee.
The only problem we had was fruit flies. They were EVERYWHERE. We left the bar early at night and breakfast in the morning because they were swarming.response / report this review -

The following statement is not a joke: You are better off kissing a gerbil with Ebola rather than staying at this hotel. The very claim of having a cleaning crew is blasphemous. They tried offering me 3 different rooms, and between all three I found a cocktail of urine, hair, possible blood and feces. Not to mention 2 of the 3 rooms had broken toilet seats. On my way to another hotel I was sure to inform every guess I came in contact with. It bothers my conscience that I have to give even 1 star, because it won't let you choose zero. Don't say I didn't warn you. Inspect closely for yourself, I even took pictures for proof.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice. The AC unit was LOUD and only had an on/off option which meant you were either way too hot or way too cold. Overall, not a bad place to stay it was clean and the staff was friendly. We did run into a few inconveniencesperhaps just our bad luck
Our shower wouldn't drain so none of us could shower. They offered to have someone look at it first thing in the morning but we would have already left by then. They didn't offer us a discount for this inconvenience but comped our parking when we asked for something. We also had to make multiple requests for a roll away (the front desk guy admitted to having forgotten about it).response / report this review
