Ron the owner,is a big fat liar,with a terrible attitude,that is fine,plenty more dealers in the area,screw him,and his attitude

Have always been happy with their parts department until they did service work on my 2013 popup camper refrigerator. They diagnosed it as dead and suggested that I needed a new refrigerator, I decided to think about it. They were specifically asked to let me fold the camper back down BUT already had partially folded it when I got there to pick it up. So I brought it home and when I opened it back up, I found that they had folded it incorrectly and caught the side canvas. There were (4) 1/8 inch holes in the side that were not there when I took the camper to them. I went back the next day to see what they might be willing to do about the damage that they caused, but the technician, parts manager, and shop foreman came back in together and VEHEMENTLY denied any responsibly and said I had caused the damage. I then left and called the owner on the phone. He denied any wrongdoing, said he was sorry about my problem and hung on me. They all were extremely rude. Also, the refrigerator worked just fine while camping over Labor Day weekend. They got 1 star because the review wouldn't post with 0 stars! Beware!!!

The service department fixed my electrical quickly and left my camper cleaner than when I took it in. Definitely going back if I need anything else.
