This car buying experience could not have been easier! From the sales staff to finance to the service department. The vehicle I purchased was exactly what I wanted and they bent over backwards to ensure they delivered the vehicle to me. I would encourage everyone to try the Heller buying experience. I would like to add that every staff member was so nice and friendly. Everyone at the business cares about the customer!

This was the most low-pressure car buying experience I've ever had. I visited Heller Motors to look at a Fiat 500. Jake Heller met me after the text drive and asked if there was anything else I wanted to look at. There was no pressure to buy the Fiat, and no fast-talking sales pitches. He let the cars speak for themselves. I ended up falling for a little 2016 hatchback with an amazing price tag. Jake waited patiently while I spoke to family and took one last look at another car listing I had saved on my phone. Again, he didn't try to sway me to buy the car, instead amicably conversing with the men I had brought with me. To be honest, I didn't even haggle on the price. It was such a steal! They even promised to do one final buff for me. My brother will be buying a car soon, and I know just where we'll go!

I sent an email after hours about a truck and the next morning Kyle gave me a call first thing then an hour later called me and said truck might be sold I was crushed then on my way to purchase another truck he called and said its mine if I want it. I live 2 hours away so I make the trip when I arrived everyone was so pleasant and made you feel welcome not pushy left with my dream truck thanks to Kyle being exceptional in communication and diligence. I would definitely recommend 5 stars

Our Salesman John Brown provided the best service we've ever had while purchasing a car. He was attentive to our needs and found us the perfect car. John will be the first person we see and Heller Motors will be our dealership of choice from now on. Excellent selection and variety of quality vehicles and world class service.

I am beyond pleased with my purchase from Heller Motors. John Brown was professional to work with and went out of his way to put me into the car of my dreams. The whole process was flawless from start to finish. The service and price were unbeatable. We will definitely be making all of our purchases with John through Heller Motors!
