They sell trailers that don’t meet OEM standards and won’t stand up to the manufacture to correct issues. They have the customers do the work. When buying a new trailer, you expect it to meet OEM standards and for the manufacture to stand behind it.

I have done business with Pontiac RV in the past and would like to again in the future. Jeff, our salesman was excellent, the financial staff did a fantastic job on our behalf, the service department required several return visits. Big place lots of campers inside.. I thought sales people could be more friendly. Store was well stocked. I will stop again next time I'm in the area.

We were allowed to roam freely as we looked through many campers, found the one we liked, and then we were able to negotiate a fair deal for our camper. We worked with Vannesa. After we made our purchase, the service department took the time to go through the camper to make sure we knew how everything worked, which was very helpful. Our experience was very good.

Great show room, Staff Friendly and not your typical pushy sales people. Their if you need them otherwise just let you look on your own.

This Organization is sales driven, not customer service oriented. Once you make the purchase, you're on your own to get service done even on a new RV. We purchased new R-Pod 6/5 never used and went back for 15 days due to refrigerator not working. Finally they changed it, used once over July 4th and stopped working again. Also had an entry door misaligned, burner issues, water tank leak, and got shocked after touching frame.

Maggie in sales was very helpful, as this was our first camper purchasing experience. The girl who handled our paperwork(I cant recall her name) was very efficient and explained things clearly. But Mike in service was the standout, he really made the overall a great one! Walked us step by step through everything and his enthusiasm, personality and knowledge really got us excited about our purchase. He clearly loves his job and getting to interact with your customers. Thank you!!!
