Good, thorough service. Prices for regular service are not bad, but repairs are expensive. Probably good if you have a new car with low mileage, but once car goes over 100,000 miles (and Subarus should easily do twice that), they recommend car replacement over repair.

I bought a car here last summer, and it was a great experience. Kenny went out of his way to help me out and made everything go smoothly. He even helped with getting a great deal on the car. Ask for Kenny if you can, but I have heard great things about all of the staff there! I live 2 hours away now, but I would probably make the trip back if I ever need to buy a new car - the customer service is just that good. Definitely recommend!

I bought a car from here about a month ago and it was a very pleasant experience. They gave me a fair price on my high mileage trade in. They also cut me a very good deal on the car I was purchasing! Easy to talk everyone and the purchase process was not stressful at all. I dealt with Justin Blue most of the time and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. Can't say enough about how helpful Chuck Danowitz and Lesley were
in this purchase. Since we were out of town most of the transactions were done by text and one phone call! They ordered our car, and by the time we got back home it was in! The delivery went without a hitch thanks to Chuck and Lesley. This was the most fun buying a car we ever had. And I don't think Chuck will forget the Hogwarts Express order!

I had a great experience buying from this dealership. I have purchased several cars over the last 10 years and I am not sure I have had an easier, more positive experience. I was dreading the thought of having to get a new car- but they made it easy. Kenny was very helpful: making every step as easy as it could be and ensuring I was well taken care of. Leslie was very speedy and efficient with the finance side. She explained my "bonus" packages and was very honest in which would benefit my personal needs. The manager Kelley stopped by and introduced himself and also ensured I was happy with my purchase and the customer service. Overall a fantastic car buying experience.
