My wife and I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue at this dealership. Must admit it was an experience I've never had at a dealership. All of the personal, (sales and service) were friendly and helpful. There wasn't any pressure to buy. My salesman was knowledgeable on the vehicle and was eager to answer any question(s) the arose.
After the sale, follow up emails and a few calls followed.this was to make sure I was satisfied with the car and to set up an appointment for simonizing. This surprised me, as this has never happened behind prior purchases elsewhere. Not to forget, an email from the owner, thanking us for our business.imagine that !!!

If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, stop at Hawkinson Nissan/Kia. This dealership was fantastic. Their employees were very professional and informational about their product. I personally saw/spoke with Alisa, Sam, and Nate at the dealership. They were very easy going and put me at ease throughout the whole process. One of the owners (Bob Hawkinson) even responded back to my E-mail. Their business motto is "Customers for Life" and go see it for yourself. A++++++++

The Service Dept. is outstanding. I had a flat and they assisting me with warranty information and a tire change. Roadside assistance arrived within 10 minutes of my phone call. Later, that evening I went to Hawkinson Nissan and they replaced my tire. No fret or worries. You guys are definitely customer-service oriented!

As a former Toyota customer of 15+ years, I've been coming to Hawkingson for the past 2.5 years. I have yet had a negative experience like extreme wait times (@Toyota I've waited 5 hours for a simple OIL CHANGE), poor customer service, or over pricing. I've called for roadside assistance/technical support on a Sunday, urgent repairs, and regular maintenance. so far these guys have been EXCEPTIONAL! I love the upgrades they made on my truck from a 2014 to a 2017 Pathfinder (like they knew the few issues I had with the 2014) and I'm completely satisfied!

Went in just to look at a few vehicles. Cesar welcomed me in and was very hospitable. He did a great job of making me feel desired. He was not pushy. He was helpful and accommodating. I am recommending Hawkinson to the people close to me.

I was recently in a car accident in which my car was totaled. After a lot of convincing, my dad had finally helped me decide to give Nissan a try. He's been a customer at Hawkinson for what seems like forever now. It was a long process to get my new car, given we had to jump through some hoops with the insurance process and everything. But after two weeks, I've finally got my new car. Cesar Lopez did an outstanding job keeping me informed with everything going on during the entire process. He was always quick to respond to my questions too. I'm sure I got annoying at times, because I had a ton. Vince Moreno was also just as quick with response for all of my inquiries about what I needed to get done for my GAP insurance. Overall, I am incredibly pleased with the process and with my new vehicle. Highly reccommend!

I give this place 5 stars. Absolutely the best car buying experience ever. Everyone at the Dealership was very nice and made me feel they really appreciated my being there. Ask for Keith B, he will treat you like royalty.

As a first time car-buyer, I bought a Certified Pre-owned car from Hawkinson Nissan a few months ago. I came from out of state because of their competitive prices. Audrey was very helpful with everything leading up to me coming in, including offering me a ride from the airport and calling me ahead of time to tell me that one of the cars I was interested in had been a smokers car (a huge deal breaker for me). Andre, my sales representative was very helpful in answering all of my questions. Being a young, first time buyer, I had a lot of them. I had a very positive experience and would definitely buy from them again.

Lucky was ac very professional salesperson- not pushy and very knowledgeable on the cars. The whole process in working with him was great and non-stressful! The finance manager Kendall really worked with my husband & I. He got us a very good deal & was very fast at getting it done! It wasn't a long 8 to 10 hr day that I remember in buying a car and I can't wait to tell my friends!

We found this car on-line and was what we were looking for. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get to the dealer. They were very attentive and organized. What I appreciated the most was we found the car exactly as it was advertised. Our sales rep, Mike Costa, was very thorough as he went through the buying details as well as the functions of our new car! We were in and out of the dealership in a timely manner. Even the Finance manager was nice!! So far we are very happy with our purchase. The no haggle price was well worth the time and effort of driving that far. We recommend this dealer.

Keith excellent salesman. Keith is vibrant funny and very knowledgeable. He has a beautiful personality. Maurice who washed my car after being purchased has a great spirit did an excellent job and asked did I like it. Very customer friendly. Dan who did a great job in selling the coverage and training. I had what I believe to be the most exhausting experience. I'd give my salesman Mike 5 stars. From the start I felt like he honestly did his absolute best to keep me satisfied and get me the car that I wanted. He didn't try to PUT me in something else. The thing is, the car that I came in for didn't even exist! Therefore I had to make a decision to get something else. The back and forth with the negotiating a car price between my husband and the other guys drove me absolutely insane, but I had to remain calm because I know that what is meant to be will be, my husband loves me and has my/our BEST interest in mind at all times (happy wife, happy life) and that Hawkinson is running a business. I thank everyone for their patience with us. I know that we were a tough sale. I personally wouldn't want to deal with us again! Lbvs. I've driven several Nissan vehicles, and I've NEVER had an issue with them. I'll be a Nissan customer for life! Thanks to everyone who had a hand in this grueling experience.
