My wife and I were looking for a 2nd car, and while searching we came across Silver Auto Sales via Capital One. After conducting a search for a couple of particular vehicles, we found a few of interest. I emailed them and received a response and a phone call from their salesman Nick. We spoke briefly, covered a few specifics and my wife and I came in. They brought the vehicle right up, we took it for a drive, gave it a once over. Came back and did the paperwork. We left the same day within a matter of hours with the vehicle of our choosing. Nick was great, Ron was very professional and informative. Overall we had a great experience, got a great suv at a great price. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again Nick for the service we received and for helping us obtain another vehicle.

Best car buying experience I have ever experienced! Go see Jay Brooks he took great care of us. We drove 5 hours to buy a car from them and it was well worth it. They cared about our satisfaction and showed it. We will definitely buy from them again.

I am a lawyer that was engaged to look into a matter that is confidential at this point because litigation is pending, but i felt compelled to share some facts with you, the potential buyer.. In a recorded call with the manager, Chris, aiming to resolve the matter amicably, I asked him seven questions directly related to his interaction with one customer in one transaction. He lied about virtually everything that we discussed While this call and the person mentioned earlier is my client, I am still bound ethically to remain objective. What is apparent about Chris is that he lies to make himself look better in the eyes of others, he lies to create the appearance that he s a law-abiding and civically conscious person and he lies to cover himself when he breaks the law. He also appears to lie when there is nothing to be gained by lying, which could indicate that he is a pathological liar. I am not sure how this man has a job because he is as shady and corrupt as any person I can recall. We all make mistakes (Chris would likely say that he doesn't make mistakes and never has if asked), and most of us ecome better people as a result of learning from these mistakes. Chris would have a hard time with this one" it was clear that he is no good because ewen confronted with the truth and without even being admonished for his dishonesty, he does something confounding - he plays like the ostrich, buries his head in the sand and appears to hope everything will just go away. He then ignores it like it never happened which is perplexing to say the least. Luckily, in America, people like this can be held accountable for their actions in court. My client is seeking zero monetary compensation; he is petitioning for administrative dissolution of the business via a court order. Basically he is paying out of pocket to shut the place down so that you do not become one of its victims. Pass the word along that Silver Auto Sales should pack up its show and head on out of Salem.

What a great and efficient car buying experience. I have found my only dealer to buy from. From start to finish out in 2 hours. They did not push anything on you. I went there to look at a specific vehicle liked what I saw and purchased it. By far the best experience so far. If you want a low stress easy going go here there selection is vast.

Best dealership around! Honest and upfront with no games. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Silver. Nick, Mike M, and Ron made the buying easy.
