They lost my check and my vehicle has a noise. I have been told a couple of times that "My sister has a vehicle just like it and it is fine." We have to go some where else to get it checked out. Rushed to sell but bad service. Never would want some I know to go here. 24000 and having issues from day one.

I'm not one to normally write a review.

In early February I decided to find a different vehicle for my wife and I. I had already looked checked 3 different dealerships and found nothing that appealed to me. I even looked on line, then my mother suggested I look at the AutoMall which is where one of my nieces had gotten her car from.

My initial experience wasn't that good I got a salesman who did understand that I had requirements and did show me a vehicle that meet all of the requirements but then also showed me others that I had no interest in. This salesman couldn't even get the fact sheet printed off for me I had to do that. Needless to say I still liked the vehicle, the following day my wife and mother went to look at the vehicle and dealt with the same salesman. After hearing how he talked to them and still liking the vehicle I decided to return along with my mother. Upon returning on my lunch hour I walked in a demanded to talk to the manager.

I explained to the manager my feelings about the initial salesman and asked him to handle the rest of my business, he agreed and promptly brought the vehicle up for me to inspect it while he looked at my trade I informed the manager what I wanted for the trade.

While inspecting the new vehicle I found that the hood wouldn't re latch closed and there was no owners manual the manager told me the hood would be fixed tomorrow and that he would get the owners manual.

The next day I took off from work for personal reasons and ended up picking up the vehicle earlier then planned, when my wife and I picked up the vehicle it had been washed and had a full tank of gas along with the hood latch having been fixed and the owners manual just as the manager had promised.

The following day I noticed that the tires had a locking lug nut and there was no key to it. I took the vehicle back to the dealership and spoke with the manager he told me there was no key for the locking lug nuts but I hat he would have one of his mechanics try and remove them. The mechanic did try to remove them the mechanic did manage to remove one at no cost to me. I took the vehicle to another place and had the other ones removed.

When it came time for the oil change I again contacted the manager and made arrangements to have it taken care of on my lunch hour. In under 45 minutes I was done and at no charge what a nice surprise.

Recently a cooling sensor went out in the vehicle I had called several independent shops to see about getting the sensor replaced, finally giving up I called the manager at the Auto Mall and again he came through like a professional he got me in during my lunch hour and when the vehicle wasn't going to be done he offered to take me back to work and bring the vehicle back to me. The cost I paid was right what the manager had told me nothing more.

I can honestly say that for a long time I was very skeptical about dealing with dealerships, thinking they would rip me off but the manager at the auto mall has changed my mind and I encourage all of my friends and family to go see them the next time they need a vehicle.

Nick M who is the manager clearly understands customer service and always goes above and beyond. Thank you Nick for a great vehicle and the great customer service as well as the experience of a no pressure sale.

Bought a 96 Camry at Auto mall in Feb of 2016. Yes it was an old car and no I didn't get it inspected by a mechanic. Yes it was cheap. But the thing lasted a week before not starting. Oil leaks had fouled the spark plugs, new valve cover gasket needed and other repairs totaling $800+.

Automall would have known of all of these issues. I called them the day it broke down and the salesman gave me bs about the starter seizing up. On the day I bought it the sleezy salesman convinced me not to get it inspected.

It was a cheap car and I had it for18 months, at significant maintenance. But come on, it lasted less than a week. Not good enough.

As far as dealing with the sales person all was ok. The manager was honest and good to work with. The car was being sold as is but had issue with the seatbelt which should have been fixed. This may have been an honest oversight. But the car battery was replaced immediately.

No doubt the best customer service and great car value. Thank you Issac for all your help and Ray for making purchasing the car easy! My first contact Bill letting me choose and not trying to steer me in another direction. I can never thank you enough for helping this elderly lady.

Go here and buy a car, I can't talk them up enough. We had worked with 2 or 3 dealers before them and it was constantly an up sell.

These guys gave us a straight price and honored it.

    Ask for Billhe's great.

My husband bought a car here and we had a great experience. Very nice décor and salespeople. Last week we bought another SUV here from Nick who is quite the gentleman! Probably won't need a car for awhile but will definitely be coming back here when we do! Ciao Ciao!

Great people. They were very up font and honest with me about the car and its issues. I really liked my car and they were more than willing to be open after hours to help me get into the car and didn't have any bad attitude about it. Would definitely recommend.
